[Its probably for the best she didn't say any of that out loud. It probably would have been enough to cut right through all that attitude and get something genuine out of him and he never likes that. So he just smiles and keeps the sarcasm coming.]

No biting it is. [When he kisses her its light and tentative and not at all like his usual brash and over the top self. It's been a long, long time since he's had this sort of contact, and it's a little pathetic how good it makes him feel.]

[Sarcasm is always the easier route. She's been using it less and less, and that can definitely be dangerous. More genuine connections. More chances to be hurt by them.

She presses into the kiss. She has a boyfriend here, so nothing crazy of course, but she's not a limp or lifeless kisser either. Partially because she knows the bots sometimes reject those kinds of things and partially because a kiss isn't such a bad thing. Okay, they're kind of nice.]

[Phanan has a faint, awkward stiffness to him as he returns the kiss. Its not personal, its more that he doesn't want to let himself go. With how lonely he's been for so long it would be too easy to get way too into this and then he'd just have to talk and explain what a mess and he doesn't do that with anyone, not even Face and they're best friends. So there's all that running through his head along with how nice this feels and how much he's missed it and all he can feel is this horrible, overwhelming sense of sadness, this thought that the only time someone will touch him is when they're forced to by a shouting robot.

He manages a nearly convincing smile anyway when they finally pull apart to a shower of confetti. Like he said, not good at talking about his problems.]

((He already got pounced by it once, I feel like any more would just be cruel and unusual torture lol!))

	If you manage to catch one I could think of better uses. [She has thought of better uses in fact and has caught one, but then she didn't get it returned to her when they were all shunted into a new prison. Reprogramming definitely didn't happen.
