	[Alex has his own usual routine to go through and it starts with his morning run through a couple sectors to start his day before he figures out 'today's event' and decides to make it a shorter one than usual. [It would be weirder if he weren't sweating. She hasn't been going long so not much of a sheen yet. She is definitely ready for a work out though. She's wearing a tightly fitting tank and 3/4 length leggings with her running shoes.] Just trying to stay in shape. It used to come more naturally. [This isn't a "oh no, I'm so old" statement. Just a "no longer fighting daily for reals" comment.]
