Day 221 — Morning mingle : Main shelter
[Wake up and smell the lack of coffee. You're on a bunk bed. Maybe you're a top and maybe you're a bottom. There are five other people in your room. Maybe they're friends or enemies or faces you barely recognize if at all. It doesn't matter much. You can leave this room and you don't need to come back to it.

You should get your rations though. You're probably hungry. You're definitely a little sluggish of body. What happened to that bruise you got sparing yesterday? What happened to your newly dyed hair? Mystery, mystery... Move along. Find the public bathrooms and do your business with a hundred of your closest friends.

Find the kiosk and get your rations. Careful not to let anyone steal them. You won't get more until tomorrow and the bots won't care. They aren't here to hold your hand. If you get sick or hurt and they deem it necessary they will take you to the hospital whether you wish it or not. But why dwell on such things? You're here now and you might as well enjoy it. You even get a free day today.]

I know, right? You would think they would have tried harder. [Dick rolls his eyes, but decides to take pity on poor Zee since he felt like that when he first woke up, too.]

It's like a dorm in here. Bunk beds, co-eds, everything.

They probably did. [It's not even the worst part about this.] The Savvy didn't seem all that concerned about us. That's the warden, by the way. And I've been up for a couple hours now. Before the announcement. You should see outside! It's not the opposite of underwater. We're in a bowl in a dustbowl.

I noticed that one guy you know was here. [That speedster he hasn't bothered to know much about.] So far from what I've seen there wasn't anybody else here. And there's more rooms just like this.

There's more but one of them was gone even before I got up or they left some of the beds empty.

Hey, you asked who was here and I said there were empty beds. I'm not sure what it means yet. We might have to wait a couple more hours to check through everyone.

The dome is completely different! We've got real sunlight out there and a lot of nothing else.

If some world considers huge dust storms and barren crap water, then no. It's like we got stuck in...a desert or something. It's pretty bare in here, too. Nothing like back in Marina.

Haven't tried to food yet, but the kitchen is pretty bare. Who knows what they'll try to make us eat?

There's a chicken coop, but I doubt fresh and rare is considered five star cuisine around here.

Looks like one. But there's a tall fence. I haven't scaled it yet to take a good look around on the other side. Pretty sure we're not supposed to, but no one's told us we can't...yet. [He smirks.]
