Day 221 — Morning mingle : Main shelter
[Wake up and smell the lack of coffee. You're on a bunk bed. Maybe you're a top and maybe you're a bottom. There are five other people in your room. Maybe they're friends or enemies or faces you barely recognize if at all. It doesn't matter much. You can leave this room and you don't need to come back to it.

You should get your rations though. You're probably hungry. You're definitely a little sluggish of body. What happened to that bruise you got sparing yesterday? What happened to your newly dyed hair? Mystery, mystery... Move along. Find the public bathrooms and do your business with a hundred of your closest friends.

Find the kiosk and get your rations. Careful not to let anyone steal them. You won't get more until tomorrow and the bots won't care. They aren't here to hold your hand. If you get sick or hurt and they deem it necessary they will take you to the hospital whether you wish it or not. But why dwell on such things? You're here now and you might as well enjoy it. You even get a free day today.]

[Laura is awake at dawn as always. The groggy, disoriented sensation she feels when she wakes only puts her on edge. There is danger here and she does not know what it might be or where it might come from. She gets out of bed immediately notices the strap around her ankle.

The announcement did not to ease the tension in her. She walks to halls and the yard, trying to gain whatever information about this place that she can through studied the map and following it. She walks purposefully and with an eye to catalogue everything she sees. Some might even notice that she walks like one waiting to be attacked.]

[ sookie doubts the announcement put anyone at ease — at best, it only served to rile people up more and added to their growing list of concerns. she knows she's worried about what's happening to them, how long they'll be here, and whatever the hell's going on with euphemia, and the warden's don't seem to give a rat's ass about anything but making sure they stay within the walls of this dome.

without her telepathy, sookie is unable to hear people or glimpse what they might be feeling. however, one doesn't need to be a telepath to see that this girl means business and is expecting trouble. she makes sure to do her best to approach in the friendliest manner possible, not meaning someone in the same crappy situation as her any harm. ]

No. Confined, restrained, restricted, but not prison. I was arrested and interrogated by Captain America, once.

I have found that the technology here is very outdated in comparison to what exists in MarinaNova. The robots here are also less focused on providing services and more on maintaining the prison itself.

	It is more like a true prison than the one we were in. We are here to be punished, not to be...kept as pets of the wardens. [Which is what she sees it as.] The question is whether or not they intend to return us to that prison. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Does it matter? The wardens will still have us imprisoned regardless of location.
