i'm assuming this message gets out to someone somewhere because there's a 'send' button for it

two things:
1. this is vegas, right
2. those are people dressed in costumes, right

If anyone wanted to do target practice, I wouldn't mind helping out. It seems like those things out there aren't getting any faster and it might be good to clear the stragglers.

Doesn't hurt to learn your way around a blastergun either.

Are there no boats in this place for people to experience the waters?
