001 ❄ Text/Action
[She got the gist of it, though, and since there’s no sign of Charming, she can only hope that this journal will help her find him. Because she will find him, of course. – but this is important, too. Especially if what those women said is true, and this isn’t home… but then, something must have gone wrong because she can’t, won’t, believe that Regina would do something purposefully, not if it meant risking Henry’s happiness. So she writes:]
I wish I could say that being taken to a new place was a completely new experience, but there you are. [she smiles a little as she says that, although not completely happily…] I can’t say I’ve ever heard of “Miracle Country” but apparently there are people connected to this book who can give me information?
[…] I’m looking for my husband. If there's anything anyone feels a new arrival should know then please tell me, but it’s important that I find him first. If anyone’s seen a man named David – or Charming – please tell me where I can find him.
[It’s bad enough that Emma—] [But, no, she’ll find him. Or he’ll find her. It’ll be alright.]
[And if he’s not here—] I can make do on my own for now, but I need to know what brought me here. I won’t lose him. And me? I won’t let anyone keep me from him.
[And if he is here—] David, if you can read this – I think I’m in some kind of garden. Which is […] incredibly descriptive, yes. I think there’s a maze? […] If you’re out there, please answer me.
[She knows he will if he’s here, she just… hopes he’s here. But hey, at least she knows who she is. Gotta count your blessings somehow, right?]
