1998 The war is over! Headlines shout the joyous news and there are celebrations throughout the wizarding world. Everywhere you look, witches and wizards are celebrating their new freedom: Freedom from fear, from death, and from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Everything seems perfect and people begin to breath again. But after the dust settles, there's only a headache of political upheaval waiting to be unleashed. Kingsley Shacklebolt has been named Minister of Magic and there's much that needs to be done. Lives need to be mended, wounds need to heal, and business needs to be resumed. It's a lot for the new Minister to handle, but with the help of the Wizengamot, the wizarding world is on the right track to being rebuilt. 2003 Peace and quiet has remained within the wizarding community, but there have been rumblings of discontent from purist purebloods. Those who were afraid to speak up after the war for fear of discrimination are now loudly complaining about mistreatment. Their society promises equality to all, but it is not so. They demand for things to change, but they are only a minority within a larger group. Or are they? Once one group rises in number, it can only open a larger, more powerful box of turmoil. Welcome to Pandorium, a canon compliant (but not epilogue compliant) RPG focusing on the trio-era characters. We are a brand new game and looking to start with a group of great writers! |
