When the Next Generation of Hogwarts Students began school, they began it at a new location. After the war with Voldemort the Wizarding world was in ashes. Diagon Alley - Gone. Hogwarts and the other schools - in ruin. The Ministry and Azkaban were the only places standing, and that was just barely. The students are faced with the hardest way of life they've ever known. The war was easy compared to this, for some Families.They're forced to get along side by side with Muggles and hide their true natures and way of life. For some this is not a big deal. For others it's harder than a snowball's chance in hell. And now there are rumors someone's starting where Voldemort left off but no one knows where the rumors came from or who this person is. It's just one more worry among the hundreds of new things.

There are eight dorm buildings, four for females on one side of the campus, and four for males on the opposite side. They have been renamed to fit the Hogwart's system - and new students assigned a house. Muggle students are sorted by a pre-entrance exam while the Wizarding students are locked away in a meeting at the Ministry, where the sorting hat does it's work. That means Muggles are housed with Wizards, and Wizards with Muggles. The Wizards are forced to take Muggle classes while working on their Magical studies - one building having been sequestered for the Wizarding population for use during the last two periods of the day.

How do you get along day to day with a Muggle? How do you, as a Muggle, take to these strange, secretive students?

It is the year 1999, and the Dark Lord is causing destruction wherever he can;
The Ministry of Magic and St Mungo's have been destroyed; Diagon Alley and
Hogsmeade are struggling to rebuild again after large scale DE attacks.

Gods of Ancient civilizations of old, have split up into two distinct groups;
The Greek Gods are on the side of the Wizards, as other Gods, such as Kali, are siding
with Voldemort. Even they are fighting amongst each other, to protect the Wizarding World.

Nothing is impossible, time is relative.

For over three years, people have been popping up into this universe as well; in some cases,
even multiples of Harry Potter, Draco or Lucius Malfoy, Narcissa Black, Remus Lupin,
or Severus Snape. Or Fenrir, Evan Rosier, and other known DE. One Remuus might be a Slytherin,
another a father, and another a former mercenary. One Severus Snape is the headmaster of Hogwarts;
another owns a bar. One Harry has been brought in straight from his final battle with the Dark Lord,
another is the new Minister of Magic.

Atlantis has been discovered in the lake, once mistaken for the city of the merfolk; and so,
multiple versions of John Sheppard and Rodney McKay have appeared into this universe to
look out for her. Along with their appearances, Wraith and even Sheppard's own arch enemy
Kolya, have appeared to side with the Dark Lord.

Vampires from New Orleans have appeared, such as Lestat, and his human companion Nicki.

People out of a not-so-distant have appeared here in their spaceships; Malcom Reynolds
and his trusted crew now are in on the battle against the Dark Lord. The Hands of Blue
are once more at work with their experiments, and posing a genuine threat to all.

Angels and demons are working together, to ensure the further existence of Earth.
This war ... concerns all.

We all know how it ended and we've all read about how it got to that point, but how it all started is just as important. Join us as we get back to our roots and discover the era that began it all. Before the Boy Who Lived ever took his first breath, witness the events that brought his parents together and the eventual turmoil that will take the entire wizarding world by storm. In Hogwarts and all over the rest of wizarding Europe, there is an aura of impending doom that has everyone in an unshakable state of unease. Rumors of murders and the unexplained circumstances surrounding them leave everyone nervous to walk out of their own front doors, wondering if they themselves could be next. Well, maybe not everyone. The Death Eaters are rising and determined to clean the bloodlines of the wizarding population, led by none other than Lord Voldemort, and the Order of the Phoenix is about to take to its own set of wings. Oh, yes, we all know what happens and how it ends, but the dynamics that shape the future start here.

Initium is a new beginning. Lord Voldemort is dead and the wizarding world is picking up the pieces left in his wake. The muggle-born registration has ended and they no longer live in hiding. The ministry is no longer in turmoil. Hogwarts is reopening. All is right with the world?

In the wake of Lord Voldemorts demise, the death eaters have claimed to be Imperiused or otherwise coerced into service in his name. Some have been released into society, now better citizens. Among that group was Rodolphus Lestrange. He has become very active in the ministry and is considering a run for political office, standing up for the order, doing what is right in society. Things are not always as they appear. The death eaters have reformed underground and are quietly building their army again under Lestrange's guidance, unbeknownst to the world.

Meanwhile Hogwart's is flourishing. Due to the disasters of the last year, the students have been invited back for a proper 7th year and a proper education. It is a shortened year but it gives then the opportunity to make up what they missed and take the exams that will help them continue on into their careers. The parents think that it is a good idea, especially those of muggleborn children who had to leave the school last year. The DA is a welcome organization and the students may feel free to join. It isn't hidden but honored. Below the surface though, the DE children will also organize and will build again. Leading in the seventh year, they are now pushed underground but they never stay there for long.

Initium is an intricately woven game where spies for either side, run rampant as battle lines are again drawn. Each side, both in the wizarding world and at school are gearing up for yet another round. Who will win in the new world is anybody's guess.

What if the Prophecy that made Harry Potter the 'Boy who lived' hadn't been given to the Dark Lord? What if a falsified Prophecy had been passed to him instead?

The year is 1995, When Harry, Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts. A few changes have been made to the staff over the summer, the most noticeable being the new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor; A Mr. Tom Marvolo Riddle. His new post is widely questioned by the wizarding world; The man has been convicted of murders throughout the seventies, why would Dumbledore hire him to teach young children? Dumbledore simply plays it off saying that he has applied "twice before". That he has not been able to be convicted of anything. Mr. Riddle has, after all, been studying abroad since the 1980's, and is very knowledgeable on his subject.
