As Christophe walked to the restaurant, he slipped his hand into Joel's, looking up at the boy with a smile. He was really excited for that evening's events and it definitely showed. Five months ago, if someone had told him he'd been going to prom with a beautiful boy who loved him, he'd have thought it was some mean joke.

"Thank you so much for this, everything tonight, I'm so excited. I love spending time with you. And, you look beautiful."

As GSA ended, Christophe walked casually over to his boyfriend, a small smile growing on his face. They hadn't gotten much of a chance to speak in person, as Joel had wanted, since the journal post, and Chris was eagerly awaiting an invitation to accompany Joel to the Junior prom.

"Hey there," he said, sneaking up on Joel from behind, "have a minute?"

Ballet practice was going well for Christophe. He had been practicing more and more since quitting pot with Noah. Using ballet as an outlet seemed more necessary. It was becoming a habit of his to stay late after rehearsal got out to dance more. He was on top of his homework and it wasn't like he had enough of a social life that he was greatly missed when he spent his days on the dance floor. However today, as he went to get water and say bye to his fellow dancers, he noticed his boyfriend was there.

He smiled as he walked over to see the boy. Suddenly, he felt self-conscious in his ballet clothing. It wasn't exactly fashionable, especially for Joel's standards. "Hey, Joel. What brings you here?"

Now his new dilemma was whether or not to spend the whole thing. If he brought a few pints back to the dorm, someone would be quick to devour them.

He walked inside and figured that he'd make his choice after having a cone for himself.

He headed up to Joel's room, knocked twice, and said "Bonjour, mon amour!" through the door. He hoped he wasn't interrupting anything...

Christophe had spent the entire day trying to think of what to say. He cared about Joel, and wanted him to know the truth, but he didn't know how to talk to him. He didn't know where to begin, he just knew if he didn't show up, Joel wouldn't take it well at all. He still hadn't noticed Joel's journal post, and didn't yet know how worried he should be.

He walked nervously to Joel's room, and stood outside the door for a good four or five minutes before slowly lifting his hand to knock twice. "J-Joel?"

Seeing as how everyone was busy wishing Happy Valentine's Day on my birthday, I figured that I'd just move the party to next Saturday. Um, I might've forgotten someone so feel free to forward this! Christophe was a mess, sitting in his sister's hotel room, trying to watch a movie with her. However, all he could do was keep drafting texts to Joel and not sending them. He was worried about Joel, either he was over Chris and they were going to be done forever, or he was still a mess. He knew they needed space, he just wasn't strong enough to stay away. He'd been avoiding Joel the whole week. He even decided to stay an extra day in New York to avoid the plan.

So when his phone began to vibrate and the caller ID said "My Beautiful Joel<3" his first instinct was to slam it shut and toss it on the floor. If Gabrielle hadn't picked it up and opened it to his ear, explaining that they needed to talk, he probably wouldn't have even answered. He took the phone from his sister, held it to his head, and didn't say a word.
