Unfortunately, there isn't exactly a way to tell where the other guy wound up. Surprisingly, enormous green rage monsters are fairly good at hiding in plain sight until things start getting heated.

[a pause]

Wait. Heated. That's- [a pause; the sound of papers being rustled in the background; he starts muttering] If I set the requirement percentage high enough to account not only for the radiation but the internal heat fluctuation due to the physical response from emotional manipulation... carry the three... [a long pause; a bit stunned] That would work. On paper, at least.

[another pause; he clears his throat and seems to remember he's still broadcasting]

Right. Scratch that first part. Ignore all of it. I can find where the other guy wound up. [a soft, shaky laugh accompanied with a snort] Well. On paper, at least. Until I get in touch with Nikola.

Oh, do be quiet. Just because I have enough concern for the welfare of people who might accidentally spark an episode to point out the situation does not mean you have to get snippy with me for it being obvious.

[ pause ] Well, then. That didn't take long. [ quiet chuckle ] I would say I was impressed if I were the least bit surprised.

Until then, I will see if I can track down whoever it was who received my abilities. Sending Darcy out to subdue or relocate the Other Guy, should he appear, may provoke negative reactions despite her current god status.

Actually, Loki, no. I don't think I'll be quiet. Not only are you not a threat to me, even when you're at your best, you definitely aren't a threat to me now. I'm not afraid of you, I'm not intimidated by you, and I'm sure not going to stop speaking my mind because of you. If you don't like it, no one ever said you had to respond. Deal with it or don't. I really don't care right now.

[a slight pause]

There. Now that I got that off my chest, I'm only going to say this once. I don't care who has your abilities. Keep them away from whoever has the other guy to contend with. The people in this city have been through enough.

	Somehow, when you say a lot, I get the feeling you're not being terribly accurate there, Cap. [a pause; a soft sigh] And yeah, looks like he is. Look...I never really thought to look it up, because it wasn't an issue and I had other modern things to figure out, and I didn't want to ask Tony, because I'm never sure when he's being serious, but have they worked out anything to help with breathing trouble?

I'm not exactly an expert on the subject. Give me a minute, here.

All right. From the looks of these articles, the most effective way to treat it is to introduce steroids, typically in an inhalant form, into the lungs, coupled with a long-acting bronchodilator. A nebulizer can be used in the event that an inhaler turns out to be too difficult, for whatever the reason, but does take a few minutes longer to become effective.

[another pause; you can practically hear bruce removing his glasses as he starts to think, while speaking slowly to suss it out as he goes]

With that being said, if you can get them to give you an inhaler at the clinic to help you, in case you need it, give me a day or two and I can come up with something that will be much more effective than an entire regimen.
