Hey Annie, I think we're out of noodles.

Also, I think I may have travelled back in time. The fall lineup on the DVR is all wrong and I just saw a promo for "Arrow."

Some of it ended up in the deleted scenes.

And yet, unlikely all. These narratives do seem to have their limitations when multiple individuals are involved in different locations.

It's also only 2 horus and 22 minutes long, but the plot is spread out over the course of several days.

Exactly. Limitations.

I see you didn't bother to count anything up for the others. I'll be happy to inform the SHIELD agents that they weren't important enough to warrant consideration.

I was going to do Coulson, but then he died and it seemed like a downer.

Yeah. Sorry about that. He was in the way.

Couldn't you shape shift around him?

Possibly. Stabbing seemed the more effective solution. Also, it upset Thor. So. Bonus.

Couldn't you just take away his waffles?

I suppose that would be effective. It would provoke a different type of sadness, of course, but much more erring on the side of proper mischief.

It would probably make the audience find your character more sympathetic than the other forms of bothering Thor.

Obviously, I wasn't overly concerned with being sympathetic.

People still found your character pretty sympathetic. Mostly holdover from your backstory in the Thor movie though. And the actor who played you helped. He gave very compelling interviews and liked to post his favorite love songs on twitter.

Loki, stop it. No being flippant about murdering a someone. We've talked about this. Or will. Either way, stop it.

[Loki]
Mostly because, if you don't, my son is going to feel the need to defend you blindly. And then he's going to wind up dealing with a bunch of pissed off superheroes. And if he gets himself hurt doing that? I'm going to stab you in the throat.

So seriously. Stop it.

It isn't as though I feel like that now. Just at the time, he was an obstruction, not an individual. Not that he's much more of an individual now, in my view, but he asked that I not poke at him, so I am respecting those wishes.

[ Claire ]
I'd stop him if he tried. It wasn't a particularly bright moment for me. Even when I didn't care, it was more an embarrassment than anything else. Even stabbed in the chest, he was able to best me.

He's a human being. That alone is enough.

[Loki]
No, you think you'd stop him. Jack isn't ten. He's grown, with an ability that puts him one step ahead of you, no matter how hard you might try to even those odds.

My point is, even if you don't consider what you did to be a bad thing, publicly announcing that fact really isn't going to end well for you or anyone who might defend you. And sometimes, as much as it might suck, biting your tongue is for the best. Like now.

And I am aware of such distinctions now.

[ Claire ]
I could still try and talk to him? I do not need defending in situations where I was obviously the one in the wrong.

But I will watch what I say. Or more so, how I say it.
