I suppose that would be effective. It would provoke a different type of sadness, of course, but much more erring on the side of proper mischief.

It would probably make the audience find your character more sympathetic than the other forms of bothering Thor.

People still found your character pretty sympathetic. Mostly holdover from your backstory in the Thor movie though. And the actor who played you helped. He gave very compelling interviews and liked to post his favorite love songs on twitter.
