You have to be kidding me. It's one thing to not be able to see my dad, or Peter, or Molly. It's another entirely not to be able to see my children.

[Loki]
Right, so, do you think maybe you could come by to keep an eye on the kids for a little bit until we can figure something else out? Neither Dean or I can see them and, while I'm pretty sure they won't take too much advantage of the situation, I still don't really want them on their own.

I am not sure I even know how to respond to that. She is little more than a babe. She is hardly in the position to care for herself.

Do you think they will be able to see each other? I am not entirely sure how this works for those native to this place.

And I doubt they would burn the house down. Dig up the yard, maybe? Tear some things apart plying with Chomper, but I do think the destruction would be kept to things that can be salvageable.

She's is just a babe. She's not even a year yet. Hell, she's just barely crawling. Fortunately, though, Jack and Meri are both pretty good at keeping an eye on her. Especially Jack.

And... I never thought of that, but I really hope so. If they can't even see each other, well, I think I'm actually going to murder Asaph.

As for them behaving, let's just be safe rather than sorry. Like I said, Dean and I will try to figure out something else, long term, but we really just need help on the spot right now.

I'm outside. I wasn't sure teleporting directly into the living room would be a good idea.

Probably not. Feel free to just use the front door. It's unlocked. And, if for some reason it isn't, you know where we put the spare.

Also, after this is said and done? Remind me to just get you you're own key. Just in case this crap happens again.

Also, also, since I'm apparently being ridiculously selfish right now, I totally forgot to ask. How are you handling all of this?

You have your kids to worry about, Claire. You're allowed to be selfish. The only thing I have to be concerned over is a painfully naive older brother who will now have to figure out how to get along in this place on his own.

At least Thor has never had any trouble making friends.

True. But it still doesn't give me the right to completely forget about the troubles of everybody else. That's, like, stuff teen!me would've done. I'm supposed to be older and more mature now, or something.

Speaking of Thor, it looks like he's noticed that he can't find the others. If the ALLCAPS complaint about everyone giving their "solemn word" they would feast tonight is anything to go on.

Maturity is often overrated.

I should be surprised. Or perhaps I shouldn't be. It would be like him to go from one from of shouting to another. I do hope that he manages to get himself settled in without too much trouble.

I do wonder why Asaph decided to force us into this position, though, when he had only just arrived. We barely got the chance to speak.

That it definitely is.

And I'm sure Thor will be fine, Loki. He does have other people around who at least know about him. Of course, I say that... right as he starts speaking to Emma. Because that can't possibly end terribly or anything.

As for Asaph, there's no freaking telling. Half the time, I'm not even sure he knows why he does what he does.

We'll just keep our fingers crossed that that doesn't get out of hand. I do have faith enough that they are both capable of restraint. As long as no one brings up the fact she made me bleed without explaining further, at least.

A sentiment I can unfortunately understand.
