The courtroom is one of the largest available due to the high level of interest in the case. There are two seating sections - on the right is the Wizengamot, headed by Bartemius Crouch, Senior, along with secretaries and assistants. On the left is the public section; the front few rows are reserved for relatives of those accused. There are several guards on this side of the room, ready to remove anyone who causes trouble.

Rodolphus Lestrange is not in the room, having pleaded guilty, and will be taken straight to Azkaban. The nine remaining suspects are in chairs at the front of the courtroom, furthest from the main doors, with restraints applied to hold their forearms against the arms of the chairs and more guards hovering nearby, just in case. These are dangerous Death Eaters, guys!

(A standard offer will be made at some point, giving the accused the chance to provide names of Death Eaters in exchange for a shorter sentence. Just, you know, on the off-chance.)

Who: Severus Snape & Agnes O'Hare
