What: Awkward reunion!
Where: Let's say the library, because it seems like somewhere they'd both have cause to go and I don't know what building Jenny is staying in.
When: After Jenny's arrival, but probably before he finds out about Cordelia's arrival. (I think both of those happened on the 15th?)
Warnings/Rating: Mentions of violence/character death, most likely. Rating shouldn't be too high otherwise though.
