Rita Skeeter’s nose twitched. She licked her lips and dipped her quill in the emerald ink.

“Snape Abandons Potter – Ex-Death Eater ditches husband at Muggle’s funeral,” she wrote. This would make the front page.

Colin Creevey burst into her office, wiping sweat off his red face. “That crying hex you cast at Harry ...”

Rita looked up from her article as Snape glided through the door, confiscating Colin’s camera and her quill. He snapped the quill and smirked as the ink splattered, obliterating her writing.

“The public has a right to the truth, isn’t that what you believe, Ms. Skeeter?”
