Weekly Reminders:

• We've added a lot of new people lately, so make sure your friends list is up-to-date.


• We still have a lot of needed characters, so please take a moment to check the cast list and see if you know anyone who would be interested in filling some our vacancies. (We've just lost our Lucius and Frank, so especially hit up anyone who likes to play those characters.)


• The Monster Page of Links includes links to entries that will help you get characters to join your threads, contact other players, and access the anonymous journal (but let us know if you see anything we forgot).

Check the lists above and see if you owe your penpal a reply. Some of these threads have been inactive for a loooooooong time. If we don't start seeing a little more in the way of penpal activity, we're going to end the project early. It's not fair to those who want to participate to be stuck with a deadbeat penpal -- especially since we gave everyone a chance to opt out before we started. We're going to check all these threads again later in the week, and if they don't all have replies, we will be sending out warning letters to those who haven't written a letter yet.


Activity Check:

Instead of going through all the journal entries to make sure people are still around, we're going to ask that everyone currently in the game leave a comment below to let us know you're still active. If someone doesn't respond, then we'll go a-huntin'. We will give everyone until next Saturday (January 26th) to respond. If a player is removed from the game due to inactivity, they can always reclaim their character(s) at a later time, as long as a new player hasn't taken over the role.

To make things more interesting, we're going to ask a question that you can answer when you reply (if you want), although simply saying "Here!" is good enough. The question this time around is:

Which of the Future Students would you personally most like to meet, if you had the chance, and why? (We'll do the adults/staff next time.)
