Ron wakes up! :O
(As I'm too lazy to make a new post up, I guess I'll take my post from the other thread.
This is open, by the way.)

The snoring actually stopped, and a groan came from Ron's mouth, as it usually did when he woke up, normally followed by 'It's too early!' Not today, though. He opened his eyes sleepily and looked around - it certainly wasn't normal, and then there was.. another boy? Maybe he rolled off his bed in the night and hit his head and they took him to the Hospital Wing. That made sense. Yeah, that was what happened.

P.S. Tweak says "BRUSH YOUR TEETH!"

	These past days sleep eluded Theodore Nott. More often than not troubled dreams prompted the young man to prefer staying awake rather than risk returning to sleep. As it was, the moment Ron awoke Theodore was engrossed in a book and - discarding the Gryffindor's groan as the utterance of an unconscious mind, responded automatically the way he'd done before. 	"Theodore." Ron sat up, rubbing his eyes and looking around once more. "Why are you here?" he said, in an almost accusatory tone. He really wanted to ask 'Why am I here?' but discarded the thought. He blew some of his hair out of his face grumpily, flopping back down on to his pillow. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Theodore blinked in surprise and actually raised his eyes from his book, staring at Ron with a rather puzzled look on his face. "You're awake," the Slytherin stated blandly and stared. "Why are you awake now? Couldn't you wait for some do-gooder like Dumbledore to be around when you wake up?"

Which brought Theodore to the next problem - Ron had no chance of knowing when they were and it seemed like it was up to him to fill the Gryffindor in. Theodore groaned. That was going to be fun, he thought sarcastically.

"Wow, how'd you know?" he said, staring straight back. "No, I just really wanted to wake up with you around."

"So are you going to answer or not?" he asked impatiently, as his curiosity did get the better of him sometimes. "Why are you here?" he repeated, not breaking his stare. "People don't just come to the Hospital Wing for fun, you know."

Although Ron really didn't even know why he was there.. had he come there for fun? Maybe he had, and he just didn't remember? Although, he didn't remember even falling asleep..

Again, the Slytherin groaned and hid his face in his hands. "I'm here because I've fallen in love with the interior decoration of the place," he snapped, then looked up again and sighed.

"I got hurt in the fight." Theodore looked at Ron in hopes of some signs of recognition on the other boy's face. How was he supposed to break the news to Ron? Suddenly and unexpectely, Theodore felt a wave of sympathy and understanding for Dumbledore. Curiously enough, that feeling was accompanied by an intense longing for sherbet lemons.

	Ron raised his head and sat up. "Padma..?" he said, uncertainly, wondering if she was actually her twin sister. At least someone else was there, and he wasn't so confused. Maybe she'd tell him where everyone went? Parvati.. er, Padma? was truthful, wasn't she? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	At the sound of Ron's voice, Parvati slammed the door open. She squeaked out something that might have been 'Ron! You're awake!', before spinning around on her heels and running back out, leaving the door to slam again behind her. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
