Coming out of the Slytherin Dungeons (Open)
SSDD. That was how it went right? Same shit, different day. Wasn't that what the American Muggle author had written in one of his books? Hannah was sure it was. But why she was walking the halls trying to figure out why this American author had written it, other than her days seemed to be passing by rather monotonously, was beyond her. It was more than likely because she was bored. When she was bored, her mind tended to wander. Think of things she'd read or seen as a child, remember things someone told her last week, recall the look on someone's face after something specific was said. Little things here and there that sometimes people took for granted or just forgot about completely after a few days. Most of the time it got her in trouble, simply because when her mind started to drift, she never really watched where she was going. She just sort of... dozed while awake.
At this particular moment in time, she was waiting for one of the staircases to connect with another, and when it did, she made her way down into the corridor. She was in the dungeons... she could figure that much out at least. It was cold and dark... and Hannah didn't really like being cold and in the dark. A part of her wondered if there were any secret passageways she never found in her time down here. Oh yes, she knew where a couple were, but then again, so did the majority of the students. There were some that the majority didn't know about though, of that she was certain. And those were the ones she wanted to find. And since Remus had told her he couldn't help her, she was on her own. Sure, there was Susan and Neville, but she didn't want to disturb them. And Luna seemed to be all adventurous, but she didn't know Luna that well.
Come to think of it, the only ones she did know well were Susan and Neville. Out of the lot that were sent back, Hannah wondered just what that said about her. Perhaps she should get to know the rest of them as well, since they were stuck here. Draco Malfoy and Theodore Knott. Pansy Parkinson and the Gryffindor Trio. She smiled at the last bit... could still hear Justin calling them that in her mind.
The cold slid up her skin like a snake, which caused the blonde Hufflepuff to shiver. That was mainly what changed her mind about looking here. It was much too chilly and she wanted to not be cold. Rubbing her hands along her arms, she turned and began to make her way back to the main floor.
