I have received magnificent gifts as part of these fine Earth celebrations. While we persist in this place, it is welcoming to have pieces of my home and culture and history with me. Keeping Skaði from sampling the mead, however, is proving a greater challenge than I anticipated. She is truly an Asgardian at heart.

I am relieved to be awake again, and returned to all of you. Despite my sudden absence, I have enough knowledge and understanding to believe that I was directly responsible for what has transpired these last few days, and I am sorry for that. Rest assured that it will not happen again unintentionally, and you are not in any danger from me. I am sworn to protect Earth and its people and that includes all of you, regardless of where you originally hail from. It was nice to see a familiar skyline when I woke up this morning, not to mention my ship looking so fantastic in the morning sunshine. I've missed all of it more than I realised.

I can't ignore that it's not all positive, though. There's a lot of names missing in my phone this morning, and I've got a feeling it's the same for all of us. I refuse to think that they've just vanished without some kind of reason or explanation. We need to figure out exactly how many people have disappeared, and find out where they are and how we can get them back safe and sound as quickly as possible.

So being stabbed really sucks. How is everyone else doing out there? Staying safe?

It's looking really bad out here. If old-normalish Vegas returned I promise to not complain about being stuck there again.
