Duets: A glee redo rpg


Do you love glee? Do you wish they had done the stories differently? Then this is the game for you. No set ships, they will be up to the player. This is an AU game that has the option to be canon compliant. It’s pretty much open. OCs are welcome. The canons are first come, first served. And since this is an AU game, you can play around a little with their backgrounds. But not too much. If you aren’t sure, ask a mod. Game takes place during glee’s first season to begin with. We will be doing a month per three episodes. So, we would take a month for episodes 1-3, for example. You have all of that month to change things, or do new things. Then we will move on.

They came to our world seeking refuge...
...twenty years later they are still here.

What was meant to be "happily ever after" wasn't what we or they thought it would be. People who know as characters in childhood fairytales came to our world to escape a war in their homeland twenty years ago. Ten years go the mirror they used to come this world shattered mysteriously and now they are trapped in our world.

As the citizens of Astoria, called "Stories" by the locals, continue to live a mundane existence caught between moving on and clinging to their identity, are they truly safe in our world? Will they ever find their way back?


Inspired by Fables and a touch of The 10th Kingdom, this game will be open for anyone to join. At the end of April it will become "Invite Only." At this time only characters from Grimm's Fairy Tales are allowed. No Disney/OUaT versions allowed.

[info]hallowed_times is an eighth year epilogue compliant game that follows the students back to Hogwarts for one final year of schooling where they are given the chance to relive being 'just students' before having to go out in to the world to become adults. The game will have some overreaching plot, but will also include a large amount of social interaction and the rebuilding of Hogwarts, the Wizarding World and the student's war torn lives. Eighth year students will have special allowances that include access to special education opportunities as well as the freedom to work jobs off Hogwarts Grounds on the weekends.

In a non flashy game that intends on focusing on the enjoyment of writing characters with added elements of plot, [info]hallowedmods is now open and accepting holds!

House of M transformed the Marvel Universe forever; even when it was undone, things never went back exactly the same way as before. Of course, that's what happened to Earth-616. Over on Earth-69, things went a little differently. Instead of "No more mutants," the fateful words that changed the universe were "No more women."

The magic took that rather literally, turning every woman into a man and erasing everyone's memory that something strange had happened. The men of the world just went right along doing what they'd always done: getting drunk, having sex, starting fights, and living out their lives day after day. The whole world was one big locker room.

Eventually, however, they got fed up with mutants and metahumans. After a bloody conflict, the humans banished them to an island nation to keep the peace. When they did, they wound up creating the best set-up for long days and nights of fun and frolicking in a tropical paradise the world had ever seen.		 Men of Marvel

Grey Haven, Utah, is a quiet American tourist town. It's sleepy, the townies are friendly, and it seems like nothing out of the ordinary happens there. This is because this tiny town is a supernatural dead-zone, and host to some very powerful, potent magic of its own. Within the borders of Grey Haven, all supernaturals are rendered mundane... and they become completely human. In these modern times, the town serves many functions: a neutral ground for warring factions to meet, a sanctuary for the hunted, a hiding place for fugitives, or simply a place to break a terrible curse or enchantment. To this day, its original function is still its most common: allowing supernatural creatures who are tired of the secrecy and the struggle a peaceful haven to live out a mortal life and eventually have a natural death, something many supernaturals are denied.

Oracle/Barbara Gordon -> I have Pepper Potts {[info]twostepsahead} who's trying to figure out a network of superheroes to call on when dealing with villains. An Oracle would be greatly appreciated by all, plus there's a ton of plot for her from whatever point in canon she's taken from!
Lucius Fox -> Batman & Alfred need some help man. Plus, who doesn't love Morgan Freeman?
Nick Fury -> He's a serious need. We have quite a few Avengers and we desperately need someone to take charge of them and make them a team!
Hawkeye -> We have the rest of the Avengers assembled. We need you!
Spider-Man Villains -> We have a Spider-Man & MJ Watson in game, plus a few villains, but a Spider-Man villain would be lots of fun to try and round out the crew! Green Goblin is requested by MJ!
The Tudors -> We have an Anne Boleyn in game who would love some cast mates!
Harry Potter Cast -> Harry ([info]boltingly) and Hermione ([info]ms_smartypants) would love to see a Ron Weasley, Severus Snape, Bellatrix LeStrange, and Voldemort.
A Song of Ice and Fire -> Robb, Sansa, Cersei, Jamie, Joffrey, Samwell Tarly, Stannis Baratheon, and Ygritte are the major wants. We currently have a Ned, Arya, Jon, and Bran in game.
Star Wars -> Padme is in game and she'd love an Anakin, Luke and Leia to come join her!

What if, while struggling with some dark demons, she made a wish: that there would be no more women anywhere in the world? And what if her magic took that rather literally, turning every woman into a man and erasing everyone's memory that something strange had happened? What if men could have babies together, there was no such thing as "straight," and locker room talk became the public norm?

Now what if that magic was never reversed?

They might get fed up with mutants and metahumans. They might banish them to an island nation where they never have to see them again.
