About Junctus
This year, Crosshaven Community Centre opened its doors to magical and muggles members alike. Located in the heart of Godric's Hollow, this unassuming building plays host to community clubs both new and old. First and foremost, Crosshaven is about building a community. The committee welcomes new clubs, and anybody is able to get involved. Artists hosting still life classes cross paths with socialites attending amateur dramatics performances, while muggles are invited to join a community choir. Reusable portkeys allow people to visit any time the centre is open, to meet and mingle.

Opportunities abound, and the wizarding world is changing. Muggles are being offered an unprecedented chance to socialise with their magical counterparts and to learn about the world their magical relatives inhabit. In exchange, muggles can invite witches and wizards into their world, to experience all that 2018 technology has to offer.

Will integrating the muggle relatives who already know about magic bring the community closer together and ensure a peaceful future for the wizarding world? Or will the differences between those who have magic and those who don't be too great to overcome? While some witches and wizards are willing to share their experiences with magic, others hesitate, uncertain where this road will lead. When you invite muggles into the wizarding world, where do you draw the line?

THE SHADOW BEFORE
On the surface, Point Pleasant, Maine certainly appears to be the kind of idyllic coastal town that every tourist would want to flock to during the warm summer months. It has that welcoming small town atmosphere that draws you in and makes you feel as though you belong. Locals will be sure to point out its gorgeous harbor, cozy little shops, the pollution free night skies, clear and full of stars... not to mention its disturbing fascinating history.

What the locals won't tell you is that for the past three hundred and twenty three years, Point Pleasant has unwittingly served as a nexus for the supernatural, the metaphysical, the evil and the damned. There are plenty who are dismissive of its history. After all, every town has a run of bad luck here and there. So what if Point Pleasant has an unusually high number of missing persons... strange and unexplainable deaths happen. That? That wasn't a monster you saw... monsters aren't real. Right?

Oh, everyone wants to talk about what's happening in their town, and yet no one really wants to talk about it. They're content with going on with their lives, getting through school, making another buck, getting through the day in one piece. But what they don't know is that ignoring the evil won't make it go away. Those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it, isn't that what they say? Simply put, whatever has been drawing the darkness into their small town is only getting started, and nobody is safe.

The Shadow Before is an original, horror based game set in the fictional town of Point Pleasant, Maine. This game is inspired by various elements of horror and the supernatural, and will include both game wide plots as well as individual arcs. Warning: Mature and dark themes lie ahead.

You awaken to the sweet smell of flowers and the tang of ocean salt in the air. The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day! You and your fellow arrivals have been chosen to create your own civilization on the Island of Paradiso by the Powers That Be, the gods and goddesses of this land and sea who are saddened by having witnessed the end of humankind as they know it.

You might feel just the slightest bit dizzy and fuzzy from the trip, which you either knew was coming (without knowing exactly when), because you volunteered for the project or because your memories have been altered in such a fashion that you believe you've volunteered. Either way, when you wake up, you inherently know exactly where you are and what your purpose is. You've been tasked with helping to create a new world, responsible for aiding in building the community all the way up to repopulating the planet.

You'll arrive with the clothes on your back and whatever you happen to have on your person at the time; the first arrivals will also have a few helpful tools to start, but on the whole, your job on the island is to build your society from the ground up and you inherently already know that upon waking. Don't try calling out to friends and family — why would you? You've volunteered, so of course you've already let them know you'll be unavailable for the foreseeable future — because you're on a whole new planet. Good luck getting that cell phone to connect, anyway.

While you're here, you'll be expected to build shelter for yourselves. You'll need to hunt, gather, or garden to acquire food and there are plenty of freshwater lakes on the island for water. If you want more than the outfit you're currently wearing, you'll have to make new clothes. You'll be living off the land. And, of course, you're going to need to procreate eventually if you want your civilization to thrive, expand, and become sustainable. ...it might be easiest if you all work as a team.

No laws, no leaders, no religion; what kind of society will you help to build? Welcome to Paradiso. We're looking forward to seeing the new world as built up by you and your peers.

Paradiso is an oc-friendly, panfandom game set in the middle of a social experiment being conducted by the higher powers of the island in an attempt to re-establish civilization. Characters will awaken on the island and will have no initial access to a steady food supply, electricity, hot water, or any other creature comforts; they will need to build, maintain, and expand their own working society with the supplies they can find and the skills they possess. Over time, if the gods and goddesses favor their "volunteers," they may offer some creature comforts along the way with a little touch of magic.

It is a sex game that will have adult situations and occasional mod-prompted plots.

Do You Believe?

Rachel Berry is the girl who lived.

After the dark lord was defeated, the world thought it was safe. When Rachel Berry was attacked at age 15, she was sure that she was going to die. Sue Sylvester had been a devout follower of the dark lord and enraged by his defeat, she went after Rachel. It was a shock and a pleasant surprise to everyone when the girl survived.

Hunter Helmsley School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is one of many magical schools in the United States but is considered by most to be the best. Situated in the dense mountains of North Carolina, it's the perfect secluded place for a magical school and nearby town. The quaint little town of Helmsley's Landing supplies and supports the school and becomes a nice little escape for students on the weekend. A short ways away are Andrews and Marble, NC but those are populated by mostly Muggles and are too far to travel for students. Students get their magical education here in a quiet, idyllic setting.

Meanwhile, Sue Sylvester is out gathering followers. Her aim is simple: to rule the world. Rachel is now 16 and in her sixth year of school with five more to go. While everyone at Hunter Helmsley goes about their own business, Sue is out there gaining strength. Where does your character lie? On the side of good with Headmaster Figgins? Or on the side of evil with Sue Sylvester?

This game has now expanded to other fandoms and is a panfandom game. Only students may apply right now, after the game gets on the ground we will consider other characters.

Islington Prep is one of the best schools in the Eastern United States, and one of the things that Islington prizes above all else is pride: pride in oneself, pride in one's house, and pride in the school. So the fact that the school is slowly but surely heading towards bankruptcy, while not common knowledge, is cause for alarm for those in the know. Because there's a nasty, insidious little rumor that the dip in funds is due to someone dipping their hand in the school's coffers.

Aware of the school's financial difficulties, the local Board of Education has offered to buy the school, which sounds like the ideal solution... except that would mean de-privatizing the school, something many of the students (to say nothing of their parents) are vehemently against. After all, they're paying an exorbitant amount of money in part for the exclusivity and security that Islington affords. There are even those who have gone on record stating that letting in scholarship students was enough of an indignity.

So just what would you do to save your school as you know it? Will you throw yourself into school life harder than ever, hoping that Islington's board will see what a mistake selling the school would be? Or have you heard the rumors, and decided to actively seek the truth about the disappearing money?

‘Islington Prep’ is a completely non-supernatural original game set in a prestigious boarding school in Maryland.

We're looking for writers who are dedicated to character development and quality writing. We have a bunch of different (IC) events planned, designed to both foster activity and to give characters a chance to compete for their House, because who doesn't like a bit of friendly competition?

We'd like to see a good mix of both moneyed students (both those against the sale of the school, and those who don't particularly care!) and scholarship students (who are probably pretty tired of the stigma that lingers around scholarships and for whom the sale would mean a dramatic decrease in school fees). Bring on the inevitable conflict between the so-called Haves and Have-Nots!

DEFECTION

Defection is an original character, post-apocalyptic game that takes place a year after a government-made, highly contagious virus was accidentally released, turning the majority of the population into violent animals called 'Ragers'. The country was left burning, ravaged and torn by rioters, panic and chaos.

Those who managed to survive not only the Ragers, but the darker side of mankind, were left alone, scattered across the country. They had watched their friends and loved ones perish or turn into mindless animals. They had all witnessed the unraveling of decency and humanity. The question left for all of them was... now what?

As the dust settled, a new government took control. The Federation was all that remained of the country's authority and military. They erected a 'safe zone' in Texas, promising stability, food and shelter. Most survivors fled to Amarillo, willing to give up what little freedom remained to be taken care of and protected.

Other survivors - labeled by the Federation as 'Defectors' - did whatever they could to make it to another sunrise. But now things are changing. One year later, they're beginning to feel drawn to another place, somewhere in the mountains. Why are their eyes immediately drawn to Colorado whenever they looked at a map? Who is behind those signs on the highways and back roads, directing them toward a town called Ashwick? More importantly, why are they beginning to dream about this place? Somewhere they've never even heard of before.

It's as if someone, or something, is beckoning them to Ashwick. Something very real, but unexplainable. Their choices now will determine their fate during the final confrontation between good and evil. You see, the R-Virus was only the beginning.

Characters may be anywhere in the country, but the most will be drawn toward the small town of Ashwick, Colorado, as well as the Safe Zone. This is a character and plot driven game, with a touch of supernatural/horror elements that will, in time, lead to a showdown between good versus evil.
