[info]hallowed_times is an eighth year epilogue compliant game that follows the students back to Hogwarts for one final year of schooling where they are given the chance to relive being 'just students' before having to go out in to the world to become adults. The game will have some overreaching plot, but will also include a large amount of social interaction and the rebuilding of Hogwarts, the Wizarding World and the student's war torn lives. Eighth year students will have special allowances that include access to special education opportunities as well as the freedom to work jobs off Hogwarts Grounds on the weekends.

In a non flashy game that intends on focusing on the enjoyment of writing characters with added elements of plot, [info]hallowedmods is now open and accepting holds!

The more things change, the more they stay the same. Prejudices still run high. Purebloods and Muggleborns tend toward a mutual distrust at best and outright hatred at worst.

In response to the swinging pendulum, many Muggleborns have banded together, forming the political action group "Mudblood and Proud". They have made their voices heard and the cogs in the Ministry have begun their slow grind toward change. Yet, the dethroned will always rebel, and a new faction is on the horizon with its own agenda: preserve Pureblood Society at all costs. This is no Death Eater fan club, however, and many of those who would have followed the Dark Lord are not welcome.

Society is not built on honesty, but on millions of little lies that make life comfortable, polite. Now those innocent lies are threatened both by truths as well as vicious fabrications. Pureblood society is shaken, and there is a growing acceptance of Muggle culture. With the self-proclaimed guardians of Wizarding Culture heading towards disenfranchisement and a rising class of Muggle-raised activists coming into their own, what does the future hold?


Most wanted includes Blaise Zabini, Weasleys (in particular George!), Hermione Granger, Susan Bones, Gregory Goyle, Penelope Clearwater, Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter and more!

The dark times are upon the human race in this world. The prophecy has started to take shape. Newcomers from all realities are landing in our world and only time will tell how they will change our fate. These strange visitors, these 'chosen ones' are figures from what was left of our pop culture-they are from books and movies, television and comics. We once thought they were fictional but have now realized that they simply existed in another place and another time from our reality.

Now it is up to them to decide whether they will help us or send us to our doom.


Reality Crisis is a multi-fandom game accepting most action/adventure, horror, fantasy, and sci-fi fandoms. We are an active, friendly game and we would love to have a few more characters to add to our roster. We regularly run challenges and gamewide plots to keep things moving and to keep mixing up the players and characters, and we also have a much larger gamewide plot/plan in place that's slowly unfolding.

Most wanted characters include (but are not limited to!): Lex Luthor from Smallville, Any DC comics (or movieverse, TV, etc) characters, especially: Nightwing, Robin, Huntress, etc. Any Marvel Comicsverse or Movieverse characters, particularly Charles Xavier and Nick Fury.

LINES:
Oracle/Barbara Gordon -> I have Pepper Potts {[info]twostepsahead} who's trying to figure out a network of superheroes to call on when dealing with villains. An Oracle would be greatly appreciated by all, plus there's a ton of plot for her from whatever point in canon she's taken from!
Lucius Fox -> Batman & Alfred need some help man. Plus, who doesn't love Morgan Freeman?
Nick Fury -> He's a serious need. We have quite a few Avengers and we desperately need someone to take charge of them and make them a team!
Hawkeye -> We have the rest of the Avengers assembled. We need you!
Spider-Man Villains -> We have a Spider-Man & MJ Watson in game, plus a few villains, but a Spider-Man villain would be lots of fun to try and round out the crew! Green Goblin is requested by MJ!
The Tudors -> We have an Anne Boleyn in game who would love some cast mates!
Harry Potter Cast -> Harry ([info]boltingly) and Hermione ([info]ms_smartypants) would love to see a Ron Weasley, Severus Snape, Bellatrix LeStrange, and Voldemort.
A Song of Ice and Fire -> Robb, Sansa, Cersei, Jamie, Joffrey, Samwell Tarly, Stannis Baratheon, and Ygritte are the major wants. We currently have a Ned, Arya, Jon, and Bran in game.
Star Wars -> Padme is in game and she'd love an Anakin, Luke and Leia to come join her!

Want something a little different? Looking for an AU game? A marauder-era game? A trio-era game? A game where you can play an evil Death Eater without people assuming that you are a horrible person in real life? A game where you can play an Order member with some actual opposition in-game? A game with talented players, an abundance of plot, and a promise not to die? ;-) Chronic Resurrection is a dark Harry Potter game set in 1981 and 2002 exploring the AU that arises following the inadvertent time-travel of four key individuals from 2002. Dark time-travel game Chronic Ressurection has had a recent influx of good guys, particularly in trio era, and we are in dire need of some bad, evil, shady, dodgy, immoral, amoral, bitchy, mean, vindictive, violent, or ambiguous types to bring the balance back to the dark side. Death Eaters, Slytherins, or just unsavoury characters are all welcomed and loved. We're an awesome game and we are absolutely not going to die - we're stubborn as can be, you see, and the current mods met on the game and got married, so have rather an attachment to the old place. We're set in 1980 and 2001 exploring the AU that arises following the inadvertent time-travel of four key individuals from 2001. 1980 is just a little AU, whilst 2001 is very AU because Harry got distracted by time travel and Voldemort won. The players are all friendly and there are no cliques. There's a plot post every week, but interpersonal plots are also highly encouraged. We have the easiest application process in the world and the most flexible activity requirements ever. We love IC drama and angst and dark nastiness, because it's fun. The device is on. On the screen is a note, written in your native tongue. Once the letter is finished, it disappears and in its place is a map leading you to your assigned housing. The door to the room opens at this time and a computerized voice tells you to exit. The corridor is long and narrow. It deposits you out onto an unfamiliar street. The city is large, the architecture foreign. The door behind you closes and you are left alone.

Feel free to explore. You cannot leave the city but all of your needs will be met. Anything you can want, within reason, can be found here. The locals are mostly friendly and compassionate. Their duty is to make your stay here a comfortable one. After all, you are their guest. You are their responsibility.
