The Wizarding World is under attack. Two murders in the last month have witches and wizards on edge and purists thinking the tables have been turned, because now they're the ones dying.

Who killed Draco Malfoy and William Greengrass? Recently released Death Eaters angry at cohorts who didn't go to Azkaban? Former Order Members taking their revenge now that they're free again? Or a child grown up in the years of peace, seeking justice, revenge, or a whole new war?

Who's next on their list?

Verso is a Harry Potter AU murder mystery game that explores what happens when the tables are turned. Will the Order reform and defend known and suspected purists? Will the DMLE take the threat seriously? Will the former Death Eaters brush up on rusty skills to exact revenge? Clues will be dropped with each murder, allowing players the opportunity to solve the crimes... but how many people will die first?

As the Wizarding world struggles to adjust, a new threat looms. Soon, people will be attacked by an unknown foe. Only this time, it isn't Muggleborns and their sympathizers who are in danger. It's purists.

Draco Malfoy has just been killed, murdered on his way home from his stag night. Now people are wondering: is this an attack of opportunity or the start of something more? The DMLE is trying to solve the case, but few clues are available.

In 1981 Peter Pettigrew kidnapped Harry Potter and brought him to Lord Voldemort. The resulting battle ended the Wizarding war. Harry Potter survived, as did his parents, but Voldemort was dead, Dumbledore was missing and presumed dead, and many Death Eaters and Order Members alike were in Azkaban.

Now, in 1999, the political tide has changed. Faced with the reality that exposure to Dementors is inhumane, the Ministry has closed Azkaban and granted all the prisoners a full pardon.

As the Wizarding world struggles to adjust, a new threat looms. People are being attacked by an unknown foe. Only this time, it isn't Muggleborns and their sympathizers who are in danger. It's purists.

Verso is a Harry Potter AU game that explores what happens when the tables are turned. Will the Order reform and defend known and suspected purists? Will the DMLE take the threat seriously? Will the former Death Eaters brush up on rusty skills to exact revenge? Will the threat be enough to bring Dumbledore out of hiding or is he really dead like the rumors claim?

Verso still has a wide variety of availale characters. In particular, we are looking for the formerly incarcerated, DMLE members, and purists. Extra plot is available for the formerly incarcerated if desired. Full lists of wanted characters as well as the current cast and holds can be found below.

There will be some driving plot, but the game will also be heavily character driven.

Its just a STITCH IN TIME

It’s 1980. The magical world is caught in the clutches of the first Wizarding War and You-Know-Who is an ever-present threat to the entire wizarding community. His Death Eaters run riot every other night, waking families from their sleep and burning lives to the ground. At the centre of it all, the Order of Phoenix is doing its best to stand firm, and pull some sense of normality back to the world.


Somewhere in the middle of Ministry of Magic, hidden in the department of Mysteries, a single rogue spell was fired. No’one knows who did it. Or why. Or how. All they can tell us is, ever since that day, people have been stumbling out of a doorway which, until now, had always been locked.


These people are not of this time. But now they’re here, and they’re stuck in a world that is falling apart around them.

The Dark Veil is pulling people from other points in time, as far back as 331 BC, randomly, and depositing them five million years in the alternate universe past. In September, tectonic plates shifted to collide Zealandia with Australia and the Settlements are expanding.

A world of second chances in paradise.


October, 2001. Global nuclear winter. An accident with the Dark Veil and a Time Turner. A portal to New Zealand five million years in the past on an alternate time line. Muggles and Magicals work together to set up settlements on the island.

What if Tom Riddle never became The Dark Lord and decided to lead a political campaign instead? What if his charm had won over the public and he was elected Minister of Magic? What if he never went after Harry Potter and his parents on that fateful Halloween night? What if his reign as Minister came to a sudden end?

Who is the culprit? The members of the vigilante group that opposed his mistreatment of Muggleborns? Or perhaps a greedy underling craving more power?

Hidden Agenda is a somewhat political Harry Potter Trio-Era AU RPG that explores the 'what ifs' had characters chosen a different path to what's written in the books. There is no Wizarding War but the prejudice against Muggleborns is still very much alive.

Now, with Tom Riddle dead, can the Order of the Phoenix instil a new Minister and change the world for the better? Or will Tom's Death Eaters continue their reign?

It's 2005 and the Information Age is in full swing. YouTube has just been created, muggles are carrying cell phones with cameras everywhere they go and news can travel across the globe in a split second. Amidst all this, the Wizarding World still hides behind the Statute of Secrecy, which is looking increasingly futile and outdated. One secretive new group - OSTENDO - aims to put an end to the Statute, by any means necessary. They've drawn up a list of enemies, posted it for all to see and one by one, terrible things are happening to the people whose names appeared on it. The targets span all classes and levels of blood, Death Eaters, Ministry workers, and citizens alike.

Still, in the midst of all this, there are people just trying to get by. To live and laugh and love with their friends and family. No period can be perfectly peaceful and one must make the most of what quiet time they have. Especially those who realize their 'quiet time' is rapidly coming to an end ...

The wizarding world fell into peaceful times following Harry's seventh year at Hogwarts. Unfortunately, peace doesn't last forever.

Painswick University is the oldest wizarding university in the United Kingdom. Nestled in the hills of England, Painswick has been home to the academics of the wizarding world. With a vast program of studies in a small town with a personal feel, Painswick can offer incredible opportunities to witches and wizards looking to further their educational journey.

We see Painswick University as a fantastic opportunity for more adult character development and a chance to put the Harry Potter canon in a new environment.

But what would happen if the Muggles found out about the wizarding world? And what if, among the Muggles, there was a group keen on causing a stir akin to the Salem Witch Trials? In this AU Harry Potter generation RP, Painswick University shows us just what can happen when the wizarding world as a whole comes under attack.

Great Britain is in the midst of a new Golden Age. In 1975 the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters conquered the Ministry and placed themselves at the pinnacle of society. In 2000, life remains the same. The old Death Eaters and their descendants make up the elite. Corruption is rife and, anyone foolish enough to question their actions, will find themselves dead or charged with treason. Blood is all important. Everyone in society is forced to register their blood status, which is the critical measure of how they can live their lives. Muggleborns are exiled and purebloods are heavily favoured in every aspect of the new nation. The once effective Order of the Phoenix is only a fraction of its former self and has no influence. The old members are now on the run or attempting to merge into society, while their old leader has been dead since 1980.

However, there are cracks appearing. International condemnation for the Dark Lord’s government is rising with tensions looming over a confrontation with France. War seems almost on the horizon and, the once abandoned Order, view it now as their opportunity to fight again against an enemy it has been unable to fight effectively for decades.

Welcome to Pure Society a game designed to explore the lives of only purebloods (with some exceptions) in this new world. Their lives would have been completely transformed and it is your decision what their lives are now like.

Isolation is a Post Hogwarts RPG looking for an active and dedicated group of writers who are interested in creating multi-dimensional characters, well-developed relationships and interconnected plots. We have several pre-set plot lines we'd like to fill...



Agatha Bole, former Slytherin and Ministry Auror is neighbors with Stephen Cornfoot. Stephen is cousin's with Ernie Macmillan, whom he is not terribly fond of. Ernie is best mates with Justin Finch-Fletchley, who spent time in Azkaban with fellow Muggleborn Penelope Clearwater.

Penelope works as an Oblivator with Susan Bones who used to date Jason Dorny. Jason is friends with Shannon Roper who was adopted by a Pureblood family. Shannon is a business associate of George Weasley who can often be found fighting with Angelina Johnson who is roommates with
Katie Bell.

Katie and Angelina live in Chestnut Hill, not far from Zacharias Smith who is a business associate of Hermione Granger. Hermione shares a house with Ron Weasley and Harry Potter, a living arrangement that Ginny Weasley (who still lives at the Burrow) may be envious of.

Unfortunately, living right next door to the Trio is Cormac MacLaggen who was fired from his last job. Cormac currently works with Richard Cadwallader who is neighbors with Lisa Turpin. Lisa's daughter is rumored to be offspring of Roger Davies who is a busihness associate of Oliver Wood (who is currently being blackmailed by someone). Oliver is neigbors with Cho Chang is being guilted into running her family's restaurant.

Cho's ex-boyfriend Michael Corner is currently in a rocky relationship with Lavender Brown. Lavender shares a flat with best friend Parvati Patil and occasionally works with Megan Jones. Parvati who works with Daphne Greengrass at Witch Weekly. Daphne is secretly dating Morag MacDougal who is friend with Padma Patil who shares a flat with Hannah Abbott. Hannah, former girlfriend of Anthony Goldstein now helps manage the newly renovated Leaky Caldron and is rumored to be dating Neville Longbottom.

Neville's neighbor is Sally-Anne Perks, who is unhappily engaged to Theodore Nott. Theodore is friends with fellow housemates Blaise Zabini and Pansy Parkinson. Pansy is friends-with-benefits with Draco Malfoy, but he is rumored to be engaged to Asteria Greengrass. Asteria dislikes Owen Cauldwell, who is a business associate of Mandy Brocklehurst.

Mandy's housemate Terry Boot works at the Ministry with Percy Weasley and Evelyn Montgomery who is the daughter of the Isolationist Party Leader - Tabitha Covington Montgomery. Evelyn's housemate Eddie is involved in Black Market trading while networking with Romilda Vane who works at the WWN. Romilda is friends with Laura Madley who is a welcome witch at St. Mungo's, but has been known to associate with Melinda Bobbin (of Bobbin's Apothecaries) for business purposes. Melinda's former housemate Caleb Warrington who recently lost someone close to him now rooms with Miles Bletchley who works in the Nimbus Broom factory.

There are loads of games out there about rebuilding the world after the war. There are tons of games out there about the Next Generation. But what about the in between? That's where Baby Bumped comes in! The year is 2003 and our favorite Trio characters are settling down. Many are married, a few have children. But the majority are pregnant. The Daily Prophet proclaims the baby boom to come in a few short months but in the grand scheme of things, it isn't all that important. Most are focused on their families and domestic bliss, though of course all aren't so blissfull. All is peaceful in the Wizarding World, but who's to say that it will stay this way. After all, the good guys are just starting to let their gaurds down and it would be the perfect time for the baddies to attack.

Baby Bumped is a light hearted game focused on the realationships of those from the Trio Era. It begins in 2003 and is AU in that it does not comply with the deaths that took place in Deathly Hallows, nor does it comply with the Epilouge. Do you want Harry to be a Quidditch player? Go for it! Did Luna, in fact, marry Neville Longbottom? That's great. Did Hermione and Ron have a set of Triplets? Fine! All that we ask is that it's realistic.

Harry Potter's 4th year at Hogwarts ended in tragedy, suspicion, lies, and fear. Cedric Diggory is dead, but was it murder? Or simply an unfortunate accident? Albus Dumbledore: daft or dangerous? Is Harry Potter telling the truth? Or is he simply an attention seeker wanting all the glory of fighting evil? And the greatest question of them all: is You Know Who really back?

It is the year 2004 and the world as the wizarding population knows it is about to change. On August 10th, wizards around Britain will feel a strange pull drawing them to Diagon Alley, London. Few will manage to resist the pull, but many will not. And at 3:00pm on the dot, it will happen. The ground will shake as if in an earthquake and in the midst of the ground tremors, a loud "BOOM" will echo around Diagon Alley. The witches and wizards in the Alley do not know it yet, but they are trapped and there is no way out.

The magical wards that keep Diagon Alley safe from Muggles will- for reasons no one can figure out- seal everyone into Diagon Alley. For the first few days those trapped will try everything they know to get the wards to break. But the wards will defy all efforts to break them and soon the new inhabitants of Diagon Alley will realize that they are, inexplicably, stuck.

Surely, they assure each other, we'll find someway out soon. But until then, what will everyone do? People need places to eat and sleep and somehow they must all find a way to function together. There is of course The Leaky for a place of residence and, conveniently, a new building of flats has just been finished in the middle of the Alley. Of course Diagon Alley boasts several restaurants that can serve the populace-- at least for awhile. But soon the food will run out and then what will they do? We're all about to find out. Welcome to The Alley.
