Following the defeat of Lord Voldemort, the wizarding world came into a Golden Age. For 15 years the realm was filled with peace and invention. Even those who carried the burdens of the war began to heal as they saw the better world they were fighting for. It seemed that all was well.

Except they were wrong. In the shadows where no one was looking something far more sinister than anyone could imagine was waiting. What is coming will make Grindelwald, You-Know-Who, and the wills of all those other monsters seem like child’s play.

Endgame is a dark, post-Deathly Hallows game taking place in 2013, that will diverge from the epilogue canon in the books. The game will be plot driven with plenty of opportunities for character growth and will by its nature have a predetermined endpoint.

Instead of stealing a locket and writing a note that ended in his death, Regulus came up with a better plan. He was able to get his hands on a time turner and went back in time to stop Lord Voldermort. Only he went back a little too far. He found himself wandering around Mould-on-the-Wold when he spotted muggle children picking on a young witch. He got rid of them before they could do her any harm and then met with someone who looked surprisingly by like his old Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. When the man introduced himself as Percival Dumbledore, Regulus sprung into action. After he proved to Percival that he was from the future and who he was, he told him about what was going to happen in the future. He told him about the Dumbledore’s moving to Godric’s Hollow after Percival would have been sent to Azkaban. Regulus stopped that however since he got the muggles away from Ariana before anything horrible could happen. He told him of what would happen between Gellert Grindelwald and Albus and how he could let that happen. He also told him of Lord Voldermort and what would happen if he was able to gather his Death Eaters and rise to power. As he was about to leave his time turner smashed on the ground and was unable to be repaired. His stay in the past wasn’t without ripples in the time continuum. Now fast forward to 2005. There were no wars, no Boy Who Lived. Albus Dumbledore is the Minister of Magic while Grindelwald is Headmaster of Hogwarts. Lucius Malfoy does not like what’s happening so he is running to take Dumbledore’s spot and pass some pretty damaging bills. Who will side with him and who will stand against him?
