April Fools, synn! |
[Apr. 23rd, 2009|11:51 pm] |
Title:Abuse of Power Comes as No Surprise Recipient: synn Author: Fool #22 Word Count: about 5,400 Rating:NC-17 Pairing(s): Severus/Harry, the briefest mention of Harry/Ginny Warning(s): EWE, mindfuck, bdsm, noncon, intentional cruelty, blow job, glimpses of torture, sort of a cliff-hanger... Disclaimer:any recognizable characters don't belong to me; I am just borrowing them for entertainment. A/N Synn, you asked for Harry/Snape bdsm among other things, and I aim to please. You also asked for "dirty but loving scenes" and I fear I may have skated near the edge here. But I assure you, love is very much involved. Acknowledgments Our Dear Mod pre_raphaelite1 deserves a medal for putting up with my whinging and excuses, and giving me copious extensions. (And a special prize for telling me "Now! or ELSE!" ) In spite of all the writerly angst this has really been fun, enlightening, and the fest a wonderful treat. I can tell you this: my respect for and admiration of writers has soared as I discovered how difficult it really is to make good fic. Writers, I doff my feathered cap to you all with much gratitude for all the pleasure you give us.
Many thanks to my helpful beta-readers T, C and C. I'd also like to thank RL friend C for her professional advice. All of you made a huge and unwieldy epic!plot-bunny (somewhat!) manageable.
Thanks to Synn for the opportunity to explore some squicky territory and really enjoy it. If the muse permits, there will be more to the tale.

Title: "Chapter 24 and Three-Quarters" Recipient: gin_tonic Author/Artist: Fool #14 Word Count or Medium: 1 wooden box, 1 copy of Order of the Phoenix, 1 piece of glass, 1 tube of noxious glue, 1 bottle of decoupage glue, 1 beeeeeeeeellion beads Pairings/Characters: Snape/Harry Rating: very NC-17 Warnings/Kinks: crossdressing Summary: Snape has very clear ideas on how to empty his "mind" every night. Author/Artist's Notes: Well, despite having written everything but Snarry, I couldn't turn down the French!Maid Harry prompt you gave, gin_tonic; it was just a matter of finding the right medium. When my copy of OotP fell apart onto my girl's bead bins, it came to me. I'll have you know I made this while at my in-laws' kitchen table then proceeded to take the completed project to a glass shop to have them cut and fit the glass in. So I've gotten a lot of strange looks from people in the last week which means I've done something right. :P I hope you enjoy it!

April Fools, torino10154! |
[Apr. 1st, 2009|07:09 pm] |
Title: Ripe Autumn Delights Recipient: torino10154 Cough, Artist, Cough: Fool #2 Pairings: Snape/Harry Rating: NC-17 Warnings: NWS, full frontal nudity, rimming, Snape's very much alive, as for Ginny, does anyone really care? Medium: pencils, Photoshop Summary: It's not only grapes that one can eat in the vineyard.
Artist's Notes: Dear torino10154, Happy Fool's Day! It took me quite long to decide what I want to draw for you (apart from the pairing that was decided immediately). It was not the lack of ideas that stumbled me; it was the lack of talent to turn them into reality. It was by pure luck that while browsing the net I saw a pic and it all came to me. You asked for Snape/Harry, light bondage, outdoor!sex and rimming among other things. Those fit great into the idea that I had. It all came down to making it emerge on the sheet. I am proud that I could make it. While it has a lot of faults that I see, my talent only goes so far, so that's it. I hope you and all the actual artists that might be offended by my brief venture into their domain, would forgive me for the lack of good shadowing, perspective or whatever else is missing. So, dear torino10154, have fun in this naughtiest of months and may my attempt at art make you happy.

April Fools, eeyore9990! |
[Apr. 1st, 2008|12:40 pm] |
Title: Insult and Injury Recipient: eeyore9990 Artist: Fool #1 / alexis_sd Medium: pencils and Photoshop Pairings: Snape/Harry, some Harry/Ginny Rating: NC-17 Warnings: Fully DH-compliant, thus spoilers! Summary: Alone and forgotten, Snape gets another blow.
'Artist's' Notes: Dear eeyore9990, Happy Fool's Day!
I wanted very much to draw something nice for you, but it seems my imagination is capable of quite a bit more than my poor hands can deliver. I had a lot of ideas but in the end I only managed this. So I figured that I'll go for quantity, if quality is beyond me.
It was a lot of angst and twice the fun to try to draw something recognizable. I used up my favourite rubber almost completely, as I used it a hell more than the pencil. The amount of paper that littered the floor after every attempt to draw something was rather impressive. But in the end, I am quite pleased with the final result (especially the last pic), even if I do say so myself. I hope you like it too.
Dear mods, I am grateful for your understanding and support when I was fighting a terrible, and what sometimes looked as a doomed, war with Photoshop. I'm happy that thanks to you, I snatched a small victory. You have my gratitude!
