It'd be difficult and complicated for me to explain why, but the man calling himself Winter Soldier is extremely dangerous and could be a threat if approached by surprise. Do not attempt to track him down or contact him on your own. He can and will kill you, no matter what you are or what your weaknesses or strengths are.
