I am taking my girlfriend out on our first official, proper date.

It has to be good. And I mean actually good.

I'm from Dublin, and lived in the UK. To us a proper date is a pack of Doritos and a pint down the pub. I'm figuring I need to be far more impressive.

Someone give me some advice here, how do I take her on a date worthy of how amazing she is?

I suggest you bring water also.

I don't know why she gave me a chance, she had every reason and more not to. The first date, and then the first time I kissed her I was on the blood.

...how do you manage to be so normal with Lydia without it?

It would make sense, yes.

Alex is very weird. But she's...sort of, my weird.

And god, I'm sorry. I'm trying but do you know how much that statement terrifies me. Never forget it, never let yourself believe you're human because you're not. Underneath the surface you know what you are, what I am and what even the other vampires here cannot fathom.

Find happiness with Lydia. I truly hope you do. But whatever you do, don't forget

	So was I, when I was high. Maybe it's a high on blood thing, makes for very easy to get but incredibly bad relationships. I can't ever forget what I am completely. Just sometimes remember that I'm more than just the fangs. (Reply to this) (Parent)
