Yep. At the very least, it belongs doing circles around my legs and trying to climb up onto things that it shouldn't be getting into.

Pretty sure an octopus would feel absolutely bonkers out of the water.

Nah. It's really just hanging out. It's not an actual octopus? So it doesn't have the same instincts.
