A poll for the masses:

Say that you've never actually been blessed by the mysteries of Vallo and this is the first time you've been jettisoned to the past where apparently your absolute favorite food truck that has all the properly greasy comfort foods hasn't yet started operating. And say that you were blasted back to a past where your dads and uncle are still babies (objectively speaking; they're all old back home, okay?) and have no idea that you're even a possibility?

Well as someone who's watched how you love your whole life, I can tell you that's not at all true. You're great at it. Sometimes love is just really complicated. And scary. Really scary. It's ok to take your time figuring out how you feel and what you want to do about it, Ty. If he's the right one, he'll wait. Because he won't be able to imagine loving anyone else.

I know what you mean. Different kinds of love feel different. But they all mark you in some way. My love for Emma is a part of me now. She's a part of me, even though we're not parabatai anymore. I miss her like I'd miss my own soul.

It's not a bad thing. That feeling in your chest. Even though it's terrifying and it hurts sometimes. It's worth it. It can be worth it if you want it to be.

	I'm sorry that you're not there with her. I don't know. I feel like I don't know anything about love except watching you and Emma and books and it doesn't seem very realistic in books. I don't remember enough from mom and dad. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
