We don't have a holiday like today's back home, but I have to say that I kind of like it. Love is a nice thing to see worn on sleeves. This might make me a sap, but that's all right. Guilty as charged.

And sure, maybe you shouldn't really need a holiday to tell someone--romantic or platonic or somewhere in between--that you care, but it's nice to have the added excuse.

Also, they had heart-shaped hand pies at the bakery today, so...breakfast is on me, Hells.

Hey, can I get your opinion on something? I know we could just talk about it later in person, but it's on my mind and I wanted to talk to you about it first before bringing it up to anyone else.

Oh--this isn't Valentine's Day related, in case that matters.

If that's the payback I get, this morning might be repeated.

Even if you're biased, there aren't many that know me, good and bad, better than you, so I trust your word on it. Your support means a lot, too. I might need you to help me with words on this resume and application thing, though.

I will help you with the words part on your application, but I do think you would be good with a few of your own. You know your way around them. And they know you well enough from being on the defense team, it shouldn't be too hard?

A never ending cycle.

I hope so. It's been almost a year, so I'm not a totally new addition or anything at this point. I do think I have some words in mind, but I'd just like your input. Refining? That kind of thing.

Maybe! I know he likes wolves because he is one. Or can be one. I'm still not sure of the right terminology, but he howls a lot, even when he hasn't shifted. He might like it?
