I want to apologize to the new guy Catra and I found in the forest today. He was already scared, and the glowing eight-foot-tall lady and sexy catgirl probably didn't help the situation. We got him back to the DOA, but it was a feat.

So, new guy, I think you were too busy screaming and swearing to tell us your name - but I'm really sorry for scaring you even more. I hope you're okay. And I promise to be normal-sized next time I see you.

Yeah, probably. I think she was like IT - she could take any form, but just took the one that would be most effective. Hence the tall hot lady form.

Well, first I wrote down every major event I could remember, and then I tried to get rid of any repeats. So, the first movie we saw together made the list, but the second one wouldn't - unless it contained ANOTHER first, like "didn't actually finish out the film because making out". If that makes sense!

It makes sense in a very 'you' kind of way, which means it doesn't but I love it so I support your scrapbooking. Make sure you note what kind of boxers you were wearing when we jumped off the quarry cliff on our second-ish date too.

Hi Max! That sounds like a great idea! I'm good at scrapbook stuff and just big projects like that in general, so let me know if you need any help.

We're really good. I've been kind of slowly getting back to normal, and she's just being her amazing, supportive, sassy self as usual.

I'm glad to hear that. I wasn't myself so I can't say that you gave me a fright, but looking back over what happened... it was awful. Simply awful.

Sadly, calligraphy is not a part of my skillset. My handwriting's decent but not that fancy.

Mine's okay too. I used to do a lot of record keeping when I was in the Circle - you know how it goes. You get the tagline of "approachable" and suddenly everyone's got jobs for you.

I hate it for us.

That sounds completely reasonable to me. Maybe if we get enough people saying it, Vallo will decide to make it happen. Because that seems to be how we keep getting into trouble, saying it out loud.

That's awesome, blondie, you're kicking ass at that person thing. Let's definitely get back to it. Running by myself just hasn't been the same when I don't have you there to be supportive when I wheeze. Though I'm way better about that now.

Me and Max are good though. I'm bringing him lunch today, I think. Or mostly just holographic rainbow chocolate if you want some too.

I have complete faith in your self-motivational skills, but I'm happy to come back and coax you on myself. Spirit's getting bored of the same old stuff around Darla, too, so he'll be happy to be able to sprint through the streets with us. I was even thinking of getting roller skates for solo runs, so he and I could really really fly - after I learn how to roller skate.

Holographic rainbow chocolates? So they're not really real?

Rollerskating is fun as hell. We used to do that when I was a kid. Like attach them to our shoes and go flying and like, break our faces.

No, they're real. It's just chocolate that has a rainbow prism to it. It's wild.

That's probably smart. Definitely wear a helmet, because we didn't when we were kids. It's really freeing to skate so fast you feel like you break the sound barrier.
