Happy New Moon, assholes. This one's in Gemini during a Mercury retrograde, so fuck us, I guess (I took several astrology classes at my fancy magic school to break up the monotony of all the "don't eat your fellow students" classes).

...that's assuming the moon here is like the moon back home, which, fuck if I know.

So basically it's a thing that Mercury does (appears to go backwards in the night sky) that supposedly effects (almost always negatively) stuff elsewhere. So like, if you're having a REALLY BAD WEEK of almost cosmic bullshit, check the charts, Mercury might be in retrograde.

It's like almost certainly bullshit, but it's also fun to be like "ooOOoo you broke a glass, Mercury must be in retrograde".

So a new moon in Gemini is like, normally a cool thing, I guess, if you like Geminis which I don't. Normally a new moon in Gemini is like, okay, come up with travel plans, get ready to go with the flow, roll with it, it's all good. But with Mercury in Retrograde, shit's fucked, so expect cancellations, revisions, redoing shit, etc etc. Also communication's not gonna be great, so speaking poorly or saying something and having to walk it back bc that's not what you mean? Yeah. That's what I mean by the fuck us.
