Cassidy had just gotten finished with his daily maintaining of the fields, and was sweat soaked from the incredibly balmy day of work. His fingers slicked through his damp hair as he turned the corner from the stairs to his room. He was rather pleased with his work today, since it was labor intensive, but the plants were healthy as could be, and the buds were almost entirely ready for harvest.
Not to mention, he had some pure resin to bring down into hash at some point. He opened the door to his room and slipped in, not even noticing the form on his bed as he tugged off his shirt and tossed it into the dirty clothes basket. He then caught movement at the corner of his eye and turned to look to the bed. |

Warnings: Definitely language, cause Mason is a potty mouth. I'll update otherwise. Especially since these two are adjusting to finding out they are married.
Mason didn't know if he should be sitting or standing. It was starting to sink in more and more that he was now a married man. He still wondered if this was some cosmic joke that Rube was playing on him since he couldn't be there to call him a fuck up. It made him want to NOT fuck up this marriage. But then there was the matter of her... King being here or whatever he was now. Mason might be a fan of Whitehall, but he was starting to dislike the lead singer, especially if he was the one responsible, in the past, for having Anne's head separated from her shoulders.
Anne. Annie. His Annie. He frowned, lifting his head. When did he become possessive of her? He looked down at the platinum band that encircled his left hand now and wondered if it had some magical power or something that made him so. He hopped to his feet and grabbed his car keys and paced a little as he waited for Anne to come down once she changed. This would actually be their first face to face meeting since she got here. |

It was a fairly typical evening for the Turner-Brennan household, really, Torii was keeping the baby entertained by way of a puppet-and-stuffed-animal show rendition of Twelfth Night while Brenda made sourdough pizza crusts for dinner.
