Mason held open the door for Anne so she could slide into the front seat of the car. Once she was safe inside, he made his way around to the driver's side and got in. They were off to get a tree and Christmas decorations, but he also had a surprise for her once they were there. He grinned when he thought about it, hoping she would like it.

What: Shopping, fast food, learning new things

Warnings: Definitely language, cause Mason is a potty mouth. I'll update otherwise. Especially since these two are adjusting to finding out they are married.
Mason didn't know if he should be sitting or standing. It was starting to sink in more and more that he was now a married man. He still wondered if this was some cosmic joke that Rube was playing on him since he couldn't be there to call him a fuck up. It made him want to NOT fuck up this marriage. But then there was the matter of her... King being here or whatever he was now. Mason might be a fan of Whitehall, but he was starting to dislike the lead singer, especially if he was the one responsible, in the past, for having Anne's head separated from her shoulders.
Anne. Annie. His Annie. He frowned, lifting his head. When did he become possessive of her? He looked down at the platinum band that encircled his left hand now and wondered if it had some magical power or something that made him so. He hopped to his feet and grabbed his car keys and paced a little as he waited for Anne to come down once she changed. This would actually be their first face to face meeting since she got here. |
