Who: Karen Davis, Caleb Angel and anyone who wants to be there.
Where: The hospital Karen's been at.
When: Starting at around 9:30 A,M, today.
What: The birth of Landon.
Warnings: Tense situation?
Pete sat with Karen as nurses busily buzzed around him, prepping for her to go to surgery in the next half hour. Her bed was surrounded, now, by balloons, including some he'd brought earlier in the morning, blue and white with silvery ones that read 'It's a boy!'. There were cards on the tables by her juvenile patients, some of which containing picutres of her with them over the years and weeks before this day. He looked at those, sighed, stroking her hand between his. Caleb was "scrubbing up", and he already had his scrubs on, it was just a matter of time.
A nurse said something about them being ready, awaiting Dr. Chase to take her down to the OR. He nodded, glancing at his daughter, brushing some of the blonde strands from her pale face, which was visibly thinner. He glanced over to the bathroom door when he heard Caleb come out, and worked up a smile. "We're just waiting on Dr. Chase."

Rating: I honestly have no idea.
Belle fidgeted nervously. Gilbert had seemed so serious. . .she was afraid of what he would say. She didn't need another rejection, but she wouldn't let it hang over her head forever. If he was going to dump her, then she was going to face it like an adult.
She hoped. After everything that had happened, she felt fragile and vulnerable.
This was not the best combination ever, so she had the window open and sat on the sill, smoking. |

At least this time he wasn't wounded. And really, she was excited about seeing him again. Jonas was a good kid, and she liked him. But more than that was the fact that she didn't want to sleep alone anymore. It made her feel exposed.
But she smiled as she walked. This was going to be a good night, she hoped. |

Greg was waiting, draped over the couch, for Ray to 'prepare' as he had promised, so they could head to their Valentine's Day gift. His half was already waiting at their destination, save Jack's contribution, which he was wearing- rather uncomfortably, he might add.
"You know, if we're late, they're going to give up our table!" Greg mumbled, doing a good little missus impression as he hung his head over the back of the couch, huffing a sigh. |

"Just in time, Jacky... I was afraid I was going to have to start without you." Not the Elvis impression he'd been wanting, but that would be a pretty strange way to answer the phone.
