Rating: I honestly have no idea.
Belle fidgeted nervously. Gilbert had seemed so serious. . .she was afraid of what he would say. She didn't need another rejection, but she wouldn't let it hang over her head forever. If he was going to dump her, then she was going to face it like an adult.
She hoped. After everything that had happened, she felt fragile and vulnerable.
This was not the best combination ever, so she had the window open and sat on the sill, smoking.
