For the record, this place sucks too. Not the house I'm in, but the whole universe. It's not special.
So, who the hell are all the people who live or might show up at this castle place where I'm living? So I know who not to destroy. |

I know people have gotten a lot taller in the past few centuries, over all.
And I know I'm short to begin with.
But people aren't supposed to be as tall as buildings, are they? |

So apparently there was a holiday on Thursday in honor of librarians, I came in to a goodly pile of thank you cards from our regular patrons, my favorite of which doesn't actually have to do with the holiday at all, but is from a young girl who was here just last week and says 'thank you for finding me so my mum didn't worry'.
This is the girl that was sitting on the steps when I arrived last week, had lost track of her parents at the street fair going on across the way, so I stayed with her until they found her again and then gave them a tour of the intake room. Some days I love my job. |

I know I haven't been here very long, but I can already tell I'm going to like it here.
I have a whole flat to myself, just upstairs of a little studio, like for ballet classes, but I don't teach ballet, I teach yoga to children, it's all sorts of fun. Today we got to be butterflies and fly all over the world like a migration, and we got to be trees, and I was a spruce tree because I'm the tallest. |

Just want to say thank you to everybody who helped me get the shop cleaned up a couple weeks back, I an't never been good with getting thankyous out on time, but I appreciate the help, business hasn't been booming, but then it never does. And so far as I figure, it's usually going better when there aren't any booms.
