Even with knowledge of how this is supposed to play out, none of this is going to plan. But, that doesn't mean we should give up. Clearly our enemy knows something has changed, and has compensated to deal with us.

However, what the First doesn't know, is that we know he's going to lose. We're mostly here to reduce the losses. And, while we've lost some of our own. We know from experience, that working with the Agency means death isn't the end. But, for the natives. It is. Unless they end up being recruited, like Enjolras and Grantaire did back in Paris.

I hope you're all willing to keep fighting with me. We know this fight will be won by Buffy and her friends. But, by risking our lives, we can save a great many others.

To anyone with new powers...I've got a little bit of experience dealing with that back home. I'm not going to claim to understand any ability or how it works, but control is what you have to work on first, and that I've got.

This will be pointless if you don't remember anything, but do you got all your memories and everything?

If anyone is tired of the rum and feels like training, I'll be outside house one doing my thing. That goes for novices or experienced fighters. If you wanna practice or learn, I could always use a partner.

I've learned so many words here. And men do look strangely when you aren't packing either pistols or a cutlass. How do I tell them I've got strange technology and otherworldly powers?

I just smile, shrug and keep walking. It's better to be a mystery than find yourself knee deep in the pig slop.

I have to say, although this place doesn't have the full service amenities of some other tropical islands, there is plenty to keep one entertained. Especially if you're not bad at cards, though I have to say, it took me a few days to get the hang of whist.

It's tempting ot go out on the ship, but I can't say the propects of hardtack, rats, and scurvy are all that appealing.

I have a friend that's dealing with an injury that he got back in the world we came from. Told him to hit you guys up, doubting he did. Was wondering if any of you know enough about gun shot injuries to help him out? Not sure what you guys specialize in so yeah, here's hoping one of you knows enough to check him out. If one of you could, I would really like for one of you to take a look at him, ignoring how he'll probably say he's fine.
