Hello their sweeties!

So just thought I would check in having had a look around the place. It's been a while since I saw such formal hierarchy in society. The poor are indeed suffering, women are being forced into the unkindly profession I'm sure some of us may know more about than others.

They are willing to give up virtually any possession for money including hair and teeth which seem valuable commodities.

I know it's not pleasant to discuss but there are some truly awful sights out their so just be careful when going out on your own.

So what's the next step of the plan? Does anyone want to come with me to do some further talking to the locals?

Okay, but hear me out here.

The fact they're talking about inserting us into different timelines without collapsing reality logically implies the veracity of multiverse theory - that is, that every possibility can and indeed does exist simultaneously, and that everything that can happen will happen and is happening and has happened at the same time.

Which raises the question of why T.A.R.A (hello! Are you reading this?) needs us at all, if they've developed technology which allows them to isolate a particular moment in a particular stream, because the stream where we interfere must already exist.

SO I put it to you that what's being studied is not the event itself but Us As Individuals. Which is the point where I'd query why not just run a simulation, but I'm assuming the amount of processing power required to create a sufficiently immersive world is less efficient than simply dropping us into the isolated timeline, and likewise that the complexity of reproducing us as sims is less efficient than simply grabbing us out of our native streams and bringing us here. Which is, quite frankly, terrifying. But also awesome.

If this all turns out to be that psychotic break Herman keeps claiming is inevitable (hey! If we can see all the timelines, can we check that? Although I guess the problem with seeing all the timelines is that is is, and isn't, and might be, so scratch that suggestion) I'm going to be pissed.
