To my fellow Travelers, and friends therein;

This is my first entry in our collective journal. My name is Elizabeth Bennett, for the benefit of those whom I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting. Admittedly, this is a strange manner of introduction for me- this is all quite new. And fascinating...

However, I will save my musings for a more opportune time. While exploring the smaller avenues of the city today, I had the distinct privilege of meeting a ranking member of local militia. Quite a bone, that man had, and well lodged in some uncomfortable orifice. Tall, weathered, and worn in the eyes- introduced himself as Javert. Had I not excused myself in a timely manner, I would not be surprised to have found myself in shackles before the evening's end.
