My Dad always has trusted my intuition and taught me to do the same, but I don't think he ever thought I'd be in a situation where I'd been potentially abducted by people from another world and then brought by the government to another plane of existence.

Right now my intuition is completely and totally confounded.

Are we going to argue semantics so you can try to prove how superior you are to me, Mr. Holmes?

You really don't need to feel like you have to do that. Honestly, I'm just a kid. I know you've been around solving mysteries in books since way before I was born.

I was merely offering a definition of 'intuition.' I don't care for hazy words.

And you rather predate me, actually - but only for some definitions of you and me, and that is getting semantic.

I think some words are naturally hazier than others.

Do I? Funny I don't feel very old. When are you from precisely?

That they are. And usable enough, as long as you establish in the first instance what they mean, in plain terms.

June, 2011. It wasn't very much of a leap.

So to speak.

I think you'll find I"m usually pretty plain spoken.

Eons and moments?

An admirable quality too often eschewed in favor of ostentation. It was the miles, really, that made the biggest impression - you're somewhat closer to home geographically speaking, as I recall.
