My Dad always has trusted my intuition and taught me to do the same, but I don't think he ever thought I'd be in a situation where I'd been potentially abducted by people from another world and then brought by the government to another plane of existence.

Right now my intuition is completely and totally confounded.

Well, I can say that you have been abducted but not by people from another world or any governments or shadowy government agencies. You were abducted by that small blue box that was in the room where you arrived. The shadowy government agency is the one trying to deal with all the people that blue box has been abducting.

I can understand that. The television series I'm from is still quite popular here so I often get the same reaction.

Flying saucer? Hmm, don't tell Mulder that, he'll never stop asking questions. I think that must come from a book a little after when I stopped reading them. You could probably look it up and find out what happened though I would suggest waiting a little until you feel more settled. Delving into your background here can be a bit daunting.
