Tensor Out of Character Community

So, we're sure you've all noticed we've got a pretty hefty dose of NPCs for this game. Part of that was getting a few of the more potentially world-breaking characters off the table, and part of it was just wanting a decent selection of logical adult/admin/staff characters available as needed.
