WHAT: Running into each other, literally
WHEN: November 11th, midmorning
WHERE: Starbucks

Chance needed coffee. He hadn't been sleeping well since the party. Not that he'd been sleeping well before the party, since he'd found out about Hayley but... well, he hadn't been sleeping well. And everyone at the studio had hid his stash of Red Bull and made him promise to stop drinking it. But he'd made no promises about coffee. Not that he ever would. Chance needed coffee and sugar to function. It was necessary to the creative process. But he was so wrapped up in his own head that he wasn't really paying attention to his surroundings as he walked away from the counter with his pumpkin spice latte and ran straight into another person, coffee going flying and his bag falling onto the floor. He instinctively reached out to catch the girl he'd bumped into, arm going around her, before he registered who it was. Hayley. Oh my... Chance just stared at her for a few moments, his arm still around her.
