Who Jared and Marissa (The Emperor and the Dark Haired Mermaid)
What One Month Anniversary Surprises!
Where Jared and Marissa's
When Yesterday afternoonish.
Open Nope!
Marissa let out yet another dramatic sigh as she entered the kitchen, in search of something sweet to snack on. She'd spent most of the morning setting up a hammock in the backyard as a surprise for Jared, the process taking much longer then it should've. She hadn't seen him all morning, and had been harboring silent disappiontment that he hadn't seemed to remember what day it was. Not that one month of being married was really that big of a deal, but of course, it was a big deal. At least to Marissa. She'd spent the last few days struggling to come up with a good surprise for him. He wasn't the easiest person to buy things for, although he'd seemed pretty happy with the fathers day card she'd gotten him.
So after spending way more then an hour on the hammock (the directions weren't exactly user friendly) she made her way to the kitchen and frowned deeply while as she opened the freezer. She frowned, trying to decide if she wanted ice cream or if she wanted the cookie dough when she noticed a jewelery box placed between the two boxes with a small pink bow around it. Tilting her head she looked at it curiously before pulling it out of the freezer to examine it closer. It appeared to be for her, with an 'M' on the bow. She opened the box and let out a little squee as she picked up the beautiful charm bracelet and held it out infront of her. Still grinning she opened the note and tilted her head again. Come Find Me? Well that was a tease. So she made her way upstairs, looking in the bedroom, looking in the bathroom, in the gym, in the room that had become her office, the babies room which was slowly becoming filled with baby gifts. But Jared was nowhere to be found. So she searched the main floor, room for room, and the basement, hardly paying attention to Lilly and her giggly friend while she looked. She went in the backyard where she'd been, and then to the front yard, but still he was nowhere to be found. Standing in the driveway, she made a face still holding the bracelet and the note in her hand trying to figure out where else he could be.
