After leaving Brock and Shannon, Mia was so angry she couldn't even think straight. She wanted to yell and scream, she wanted to punch something, she wanted to run out to the main road and hitch a ride back to Stoneybrook. She couldn't do any of those things, though, not without serious consequences. She told herself Brock wasn't worth all the trouble.
Storming up and down the hallways had given her a chance to cool down a little, but she was still really p*ssed. She lit up a cigarette, not even caring that she wasn't allowed to do that indoors. Down at the other end of the hallway she was standing in, she saw Howie entering a room. His own, she supposed. It was then that she knew exactly how she wanted to get rid of some of her frustration. Rushing to get to the door before it closed all the way, she made it just in time to stick her foot in the opening. Using her hand to slam the door all the way open, she was pleased to see that no one else was in the room. Zeroing in on Howie, she slowly eyed him up and down. "You up for some fun?" She was pretty sure from the way she was undressing him with her eyes, he'd know what she meant.
