Sheila put her lunch tray down next to Hannah's and sat in the seat saved for her.

"Is it Christmas break yet?" She asked, opening her water.

"I need a holiday."

The time had finally arrived for Logan to tell Mary Anne about Cokie. He couldn't put it off any longer. But how did you tell your ex girlfriend and good friend who you still cared for, that you were marrying and having a baby with her old enemy slash the girl who tried to break you up many times? Everytime he thought about it, he felt dizzy. They both had a free period after lunch, and had agreed to go to the Rosebud for lunch. Logan looked across at Mary Anne, and cleared his throat.

"Um, so... How was your break?" he asked finally.

Sue sat down at a table by herself, hoping that someone would sit with her. The cheerleaders table was full, and Sue liked to mix it up anyway. Kind of. She glumly stuck a fork in her mac and cheese, and looked around as people passed, sending out subliminal messages:

Please sit with me! Please sit with me!

"Honestly, the fact that they consider this to be a meal at all just shows how deluded they are," Kristy said, poking the mac and cheese, which didn't move.

"It's more like regurgitated slugs that have been swimming on some kind of stomach acid," she announced.

"And this bread roll... I bet I could crack Cary's head open with this," she said, smacking it on the table. She saw Sunny walk past and yelled, "yo Sunny! Come eat with us!"

"I need cash," Amelia said flatly, ashing her cigarette against a railing, looking at Ty. They were in Ty's normal hidden smoking spot, and even the fact they were away from school wasn't helping Amelia's anxiety.

Brock anyone?

Mariah and Nicole had decided to go see a movie together, and they'd finally picked Breaking Dawn Pt. Two. It had been a long time since they'd hung out, but Mariah was glad she'd made plans to get together with her.

"So what's new?" She asked

Katie was lying on Sunny's bed, her entire posture stating defeat. She had seeked solace at her friend's place, knowing that she couldn't stand one more second at the place she never so fondly called home. It was a Friday night, she knew there'd be drinks, so she'd dropped all of her siblings off at sleepovers before taking the car to Sunny's. The only reason she'd taken the car at all was because she didn't want her mom driving drunk. Instead, Katie drove on heavy medication. But she didn't think much of it; Krysia had cleared her to drive on her prescriptions. There was another thing bothering her tonight though. Something she couldn't say.

"I'm sorry I'm ruining your Friday night" she said apologetically.
