-Location: Arena at the Bubble Palace
- Temperature is set to comfortably warm
- Dress code: naked, underwear and/or bras. There is an area at the entrance where people can leave their clothes
- No one under 19 is invited.
- People will be required to take oaths to prevent anyone from divulging information about the party
- There are spells preventing pictures.
- No food, potions, or flask will be allowed to prevent anyone from using polyjuice, but also to ensure no one is imbibing anything they shouldn't.
- Together with drinks and snacks, there are vials of birth control potions floating around.
- The arena is relatively dark, but with lights of every colour pulsating at the beat of the music. Most of it is devoted to dancing.
- In one corner, Lisa has created a giant pool with bubble floated around
- The bar is stocked with soft drinks and cocktails. No hard liquor since Lisa wants people happy but not drunk enough to cause damage.
- There main area is separated from a darker private areas. There are beds and couches. Everything goes there.

Morning to all,

Viktor and I wanted to share some news with all of you. I know there were questions about why we rushed through the engagement and wedding after dating for so many years.

I'm happy to tell you all that I'm pregnant. Due to my age there was a high risk of miscarriage and we didn't want to let anyone know until the end of the first trimester. Today we're starting the second trimester and we're ecstatic. The due date is the 23rd of August.

I've sent a separate message to Bill and his family about this for obvious reason.

Montague has been suspended and there will be a review over his future in the DMLE within a month.

Until that time, I will take over as interim Head of the Squad in addition to my usual job. Please come to me with any concerns.

I would like the department sub-heads to please make appointments with Glenda over the next few days to have a discussion over your various duties and teams' performance.

I don't have a lot to say, but Vic & I realized that none of us have reached out personally.

We wanted to thank everyone who has given us and our parents space at this time, and to those who have been careful with what they have said in public. We'd like to give Louis the last little bit of dignity if at all possible, by encouraging people to remember him as he was, rather than what we understand to have happened and would like to thank everybody who has helped with that.

Mum & Dad will be in contact shortly regarding a memorial, which we would like to be for anybody who knew him well.

It's finally happening tonight we leave for Disney World, because we have the best boss in existence.

Anyone needing a home. Too bad, because we're all gone and at best you can leave a message in our journal and we'll get back to you in a week.

Seriously, Lisa is amazing for anyone who doesn't know.

So the rest of you all know, Bill and Fleur have asked me to act as the official family spokesperson, deal with the press inquiries and whatever law enforcement needs. Neither of them, nor the girls, need or want to be dealing with this right now.

Obviously, you will still need to answer questions from the taskforce regarding your whereabouts, etc. And, if you're so inclined, you can give reporters a statement regarding your personal feelings on Louis' loss. But, as a general rule, any questions or requests for information from press or DMLE should come through me. I'll handle any official statements on behalf of the family as well.

Mum's opening up the Burrow if family and friends want to congregate there so Fleur doesn't have to worry about playing hostess on top of everything.

I'm sorry to do this by message, since I would have loved to do it in person, but I saw reporters and I'm sure this is about to break, and no one needs to read it from the journals.

I found Louis dead this morning. He was a victim of this killer. It must have happened a few days ago, which explains why he wasn't at the wedding.

Dad was at the scene and Emil Lebeau is in charge of the case. I've not included Mum in this since she's on her honeymoon.

I feel like I'm dating all of you and not just Black with all these messages.

I don't know if you saw how quickly the international community is moving on these children laws. With that, I'm rethinking selling the house. If that passes, the Muggle world seems a little more interesting than it was before.

Even without that, I was told that it might take a few months for the house to sell and some of you are able to buy a house now. I don't want to take away anyone's ability to buy cheap now, waiting for something that might happen in 2 months or not happen at all.

I've received a message from Zabini. He's looking for a more professional head of security for Wonderland, one who could deal with serial killers and Dark Wizards.

I thought I'd reach out and find out if anyone is interested.

I am guessing that most of us are in the same situation regarding work and accommodation. This led me to an idea that I discussed with Lupin on the 30th.

The new town has Hogwarts Corner with some fairly large homes, some of which could be divided into apartments. If we pull our resources, we could come up with the money to buy one. I still have a Muggle home in name, which I can sell and use as down payment. I would use that against my part to determine my share of the mortgage.

On a practical side, we could ensure that we put our own spells and make it as secure as imaginable. I also takes us away from the mercy of people from the present.

Of course this would only work if we pull our resources together since none of us could afford those homes otherwise.

- Entrance to the resort is limited to people who have paid for the dinner and people staying at the hotel
- The resort opened at 10am except for hotel guests
- There was a buffet lunch on the beach.
- There was a sit down dinner starting at 7.
- Starting at 11, there was music, dancing and swimming
- At midnight, there were fireworks. Partying ended at 1am, but guests were allowed to stay and swim
- Hotel guests and anyone paying for the dinner would get discounted entrance to Wonderland. Partying at Wonderland started at 11pm with a toast a midnight, but the night didn't really start until 1am

- The map of the new town
- Anyone who's been at Disney would know where the inspiration came from
- There are tables with hors d'oeuvres and drink along Main Street
- In Freedom Circle, there is a queue to ride floating cars that will take people through the different neighborhoods. In the neighborhoods, there are corresponding queues to take people to other neighborhoods or back to Freedom Circle. Lisa is still not happy about this method of transportation and working to change it.
- The neighborhoods are only partially built with lots of room to expand.
