The Supply Scout Annihilator has grown tired of simply taunting UMCB's residents. On the morning of September 7, 2018, a fourth victim of UMCB's serial killer will be found. The previous victims were Andrea Salazar, Joselyn DePalma and Catherine Kennedy.

There are no witness roles available this time around, but characters who live in UMCB are free to have known the victim personally if you wish.

The Supply Scout Annihilator has struck again inside of UMCB! For those of you just joining us, this is the second in a series of incidents involving a serial killer who has found himself a perfect killing ground in the University Medical Center shelter. The first incident was the murder of 24 year old supply scout Andrea Salazar on June 18. After this double homicide, folks will begin to refer to the killer as the Supply Scout Annihilator, a name that recalls the infamous Servant Girl Annihilator who terrorized Austin in the 1880's.

This plot is open for all to participate in. Throughout this write up, there are several witness roles available for you to claim. Witnesses A-E can be from ANY shelter or raider camp. Witnesses F & G must be residents of UMCB. If you would like your character to have spotted Joselyn and Catherine on the day they were murdered, comment below to claim one of the witness spots and we will strike it out in the post and discuss their encounter with the girls further with you. Remember that it is up to you whether or not your character tells anyone about their encounter, and whether or not they choose to contact the police with the information.

The trouble never ends around here. As if zombies and S'mores gas weren't enough, sometimes it's the other survivors that you really have to fear. There's bound to be a few bad apples out there, even in the relative safety of the established shelters. And at the University Medical Center shelter, it looks like there's one real bad apple.

Over the next several weeks, a serial killer will terrorize Austin. Using their detective skills and all the help they can get from folks in the shelters, Austin Police will have to follow the clues to find the murderer's identity and put an end to his killing spree. The killer will be dubbed the Supply Scout Annihilator, a name that recalls the infamous Servant Girl Annihilator who terrorized Austin in the 1880's. This plot is open for all to participate in.
